Coldwater Creek – The Spa aims to ensure that every detail has been conceived with comfort in mind. The spa strives to offer a natural setting of earth tones to give guests a place to relax and get away from the hustle of the day. Services cater to both men and women and include facials, massage, nail care, body treatments and skincare treatments for which carefully selected organic products are used with each. Spa packages are available as well.. Guests can enjoy a complimentary foot soak prior to any skincare or body treatment in the spa’s quiet relaxation room. Customized services for teens are also offered. Coldwater Creek – The Spa opened its first day spa in 2006 in Tigard, Oregon, and since has opened nine locations across the United States.Location

If you are looking for place to enjoy the extras this is not the place. There are no extras like a steam room to relax in. They do give you a foot soak that is a nice touch. Many of the techs work limited hours so it is not convenient if you need flexibility. I have done several peels there and they state in their brochure that you will receive take home products after the peels...this happens about 25% of the time. They are always conveniently out of product kits to send home post treatment. Understand if it happens once, but happens about 75% of time. If your paying for a kit as part of the service you should get a kit. After these series I am going to find somewhere else to bring my facial services.

Coldwater is my fave spa to visit when I'm with my family in Simi Valley. It's in a large shopping center, so parking is ample. You can basically spend the entire day there-go to the spa in the morning, eat, shop, etc. The prices here are a bit on the high side, but you get what you pay for-the quality is stellar. And they offer a wide array of services. I like trying a new one with each visit!

My 12 year old daughter and I were wowed by our wonderful experience. We were pampered from the moment we walked through the door for a very reasonable price. I have never had a pre-massage foot wash before. I felt like a queen. My daughter said," It was the best pedicure of her life." I was having headaches because of neck and back tension, but the skillful massage I received gave me much needed relief. I appreciate the 30 minute option for massages. Coldwater Creek Spa outshines the competition.

My husband and I have been avid spa people for years. We have tried a variety of services from Coldwater and have been more than happy with all of them.
The ultimate pedicure is AMAZING and massages are great. Highly recommend this spa to anyone.

This place gives you the perfect environment allowing you to relax to the fullest! The complimentary foot soak while sipping hot tea in very comfy, over sized furniture makes it the perfect environment. They really care about making it relaxing!

I have had several services at this spa. I like that fact that is is 10 minutes from my home and once in side you feel like you could be anywhere but at a busy mall. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like the complementary foot soak. The pedicures are wonderful . The locker room is adequate. At my last visit the supplies were very low or not there at all. When I first starting using this spa they offered energy bars in the relaxation room they no longer do that which I enjoyed overall for the price and the location it is a very nice spa.

Upon walking into the day spa all your worries go away. It's a very lovely and calming atmosphere. I spent the evening here a few days before my wedding and entire staff went out of their way to make my time there a real treat! can't wait to go back!

You're treated very well at this spa - from setting up your appointment to being greeted at the front desk to the service itself.
Massage services are especially good. I have a fair amount of neck pain and they concentrate exactly where you request. Facials feel heavenly...I can drift off during any of the soothing facials they offer.
I agree with the other reviewer when it comes to the extras, though. I would have loved to have seen them do a steam and/or sauna room. On the upside, the complmentary foot bath is lovely!

This is a very comfortable spa. From the lobby and store to the relaxation room. The hot wraps for your shoulders are wonderful. The tea is loose leaf, you can select and blend your own in bags provided. Snack bars are available if you get hungry. You are greeted with a foot wash and massage before any treatment. This is a top notch spa experience except: The dressing rooms are clean and spacious, and the showers well stocked with product. However, there is not a hairbrush to be found unless it is full of hair, and the personal hygene products provided are Suave, when the store is full of wonderful products for sale. This is where the spa is truely lacking. There is no hot tubs, saunas, or steam rooms. Very unfortunate that they remembered to dot thier i's, but forgot to cross the t's.
