Tracee performed wonders during my facial. Beyond my skin returning to the more youthful status regular facials had produced, my adjusted outlook reflected that perspective gained from spending time amidst positive professionals passionately committed towards reconnecting their clients with their inner beauty and sense of balance. Regaining these alone underscores the value of equitably including oneself in overseeing the care for those within our unique circles of lifestyle....

I joined club harmony and it's been a trip! I love it! I get amazing prices for most services! It really makes a difference budget wise! I recommend it big time....and the Spa is great, everyone is friendly, attentive and highly skilled!

Loved the atmosphere, vibe, and products. I really like that they carry a variety of hair products, I was surprised they they had Davines products which are full of anti-oxidants and environment friendly. A+ for that!

I used to take my daughter here for her up-dos for prom.....several yrs past and I recently received a gift certificate for a massage..........what a wonderful experience. Not only did I leave without any knots or tension in my body I was so relaxed. I returned with a friend for a facial..........again another relaxing experience. I stopped in for an eyebrow threading and the owner Pareen offered suggestions for my hair. I returned the next day for a color and cut..........My co-workers were amazed in the change. I loved it and the color match was perfect w/ my skin tone. I recommend this salon to anyone who needs a relaxing and positive experience.

I have been coming to this salon for over 5 years and have brought my family and friends along with me. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the stylists. Everyone is extremely personable and makes you feel right at home. The stylists have a wide range of knowledge as far as color and the latest hair styles and techniques. I wouldn't even consider going any place else.

Salon is a relaxing, warm and hospitable. Everyone is friendly, especially when you first arrive. Each Area is spacious and the atmosphere is calm. Do not believe the criticism's posted!! I have been going to Sanctuary Salon & Day Spa for over 6 years and will never ever go to another salon! Pareen always knows exactly what color and cut to do. Within those years of coming I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about the salon. The staff is always smiling and ready to attend to your needs. The sea mineral glow and the Day of Ecstasy are both awesome experiences!! Also, the laser hair removal treatment has done wonders on me without actually "going broke"!! I brought my 10 yr old daughter and have had a mother/daughter day which she LOVED! You will leave the salon feeling refreshed and renewed and most of all NOT needing to go home and fix the haircut which you just had to pay for because Sanctuary Salon will get it right the first time!! =)

I have been coming to Sanctuary for almost a year now and I love every single treatment I receive at the salon and spa. From my hair to my facials and massages I am always more than pleased with the results I get. Everyone is so fun and friendly! The keratin treatment is probably the best thing to ever happen to my hair and I love that I no longer have to spend over an hour blowdrying my hair!

I have been going to this spa for about two years and have enjoyed each experience. I have had many different services from facials, mani and pedi and mostly the threading of my eyebrows. I searched for an eyebrow threading expert for a long time and came upon Pareen. Wow! She has worked with my eyebrows to give them a fuller, beautiful shape now for over a year. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and very accommodating...she even came in on a day she was working to fit me in! That amazed me! They also have a lot of products and makeup.

My sisters, my cousin and I really enjoyed our experience last week as we were on a retreat in Orlando, FL. The staff was friendly and professional. They took their time with our manicures, pedicures, facials, and massages. A cheese/cracker tray and wine were also provided with our experience. We felt totally pampered! The decorum could use some updating. The walls in the rooms are thin so you could hear others talking, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.!

I have been going to Sanctuary for several years. I truly enjoy all the services that they provide as well. as there flexible hours are really helpful since I work evenings and there salon coordinators are always willing to be accommodating and helpful. Joyce and Barbara welcome you with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. They really help to make it a very enjoyable experience.

My husband purchased a Spoil Me Rotten package for me, almost 500.00 that includes a massage, mani, pedi, facial and lunch. When you walk in, it is a hair salon. The pictures of the salon shown above are very misleading. I was ignored for about 2 minutes and then taken to a a set of rooms in the back they call the "spa" and was not even offered a robe or slippers. I was told to go into a room for my massage and get undressed in there and under the sheet. Well, the walls are paper-thin, as in I could hear every single conversation going on in every other room. My massage room was next to the bathroom and could actually hear people urinating. It was 2 hours of pure hell laying there, trying to relax. I told the masseuse the noise was unbearable but nothing was done by management after she went and told them. After the "massage", I was told to get dressed in my jeans and shirt (Still no robe) and order lunch which will be served during my pedicure. Lunch? Joke. They give you a Perkins menu, they go pick it up and put it on a plate. Manicure? at a small table in the very front of the Salon, near the front door where all the noise and commotion was. Still, not relaxed. When I mentioned the noise and how dissatisfied I was with everything, they gave me a coupon for 5.00 off a service. Really? After my husband spent almost 500.00? I had enough at that point and didn't even stay for my facial. Maybe this place is a good salon, but certainly NOT A SPA. I frequent spas all around the country and this is not a spa. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This spa truly provides a sanctuary with the excellent massage and facial services. I go here often just to get my hair washed because the head massage I get from Maria is the best headache cure I know!

Sanctuary Salon and Day Spa is a wonderful establishment. I am a long time customer. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The premises are clean and inviting and my experience is always positive. I constantly get compliments about the style and color of my hair, my eyebrows and my skin. This is all thanks to Pareen and her wonderful staff. I highly recommend a visit to this terrific full service salon.

Kelly is my hair stylist. She gives a fantastic hair cut and style. She spends as much time as she needs to without rushing and is 100% focused on the client at all times. She also makes good suggestions without over selling products.

My first visit to the Sanctuary Salon and Day Spa and I was hooked. I went in there 48 hours before my wedding day, after a very reputable Winter Park salon had not only turned my hair 3 different colors in one visit, but then collected payment as they sent me on my way with copper hair!! I sat down with Pareen for a color consolt and quickly felt comfortable just from her knowledge alone, not to mention that she is EXTREMELY sweet. Pareen stayed LATE, to fix my hair and did the most amazing job. My hair looked absolutely beautiful, you can imagine how much stress she saved me from, she saved my wedding!!! Since then I have made the trip from Maitland to Dr.Phillips just to have Pareen do my hair. And it doesn't hurt that her entire staff is friendly, right down to the girls at the front desk. I would highly recommend the Sanctuary Salon and Day Spa

A friend recommended Sanctuary for a facial and a full- body massage. I loved the services! The staff were professional and friendly. I was so relaxed, i did not feel like driving back home.

I initially visited this spa with a gift certificate from my husband. Laura did a deep tissue masage - she was awesome. Several weeks later, I became unhappy with my hair colorist at another salon, so I called the Sanctuary. They set me up with Kurtis. He, too, was awesome. He dd exactly what I asked, and did not try to push services or product. The desk staff and the owner are very hands on, friendly, helpful, and informed. I will not go anywhere else!

I walked in to sanctuary salon and day spa in tears, two days before my wedding with blochy orange hair and unevern highlights. My regular stylist from another salon had made a total mess with my hair color. I did not have appointment but, the staff accomadated me for a color correction and a better cut. It took the hair stylist three hours but the end result was fabulous! Thank you sanctuary salon for saving my hair! I recommencd sanctuary salon to any body who wants a great cut and highlights!

I bought a package for myself and my husband for our upcoming anniversary. From the moment I made out appointments to when we finally left Sanctuary, we were on cloud nine. The staff was friendly and actually went out of their way two or three times to accomodate us. I definitely recommend getting a pedicure and facial, they seem to really know every aspect well. My pedicurist explained several things about the process of a pedicure that I never knew before. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is quiet and refined. Definitely going back soon!

I visited here the other day when I was in town on business and really loved how gracious the staff was. They served me yummy teas and the environment felt very open and luxurious. I then went into my treatment room and they did eyebrow threading, it was much more comfortable than waxing and really loved the result. Thank you Pareen and everyone for a great treatment, I love how my eyebrows look now.

I chose this spa for the fact that it had a service that my mother in law was looking for. We both had a spa day and it was ok. She loved hers..it was her first time . I went in to get a hot stone massage and during most of it one of the employees kept going back and forth, she had on heels and made lots of noise doing so, and at one point she was greeting someone in the waiting area loudly and was right outside my room....it was noisy and didn't make for a relaxing massage...but also adding to my discomfort more so was the therapist that did the massage...everything was pretty good and relaxing that she did....but for the fact that when she worked on my legs...she did not drape very well and working from the top of my legs then going underneath she came very close and at one point did actually touch my personal "area" so I was glad when she was done. I know she didn't mean to make me uncomfortable.I told the owner about the noise and she said that it had been brought to her attention so she gave me a card for either an eyebrow wax/threading or a 15 minute chair massage. Personally if I was the owner I would have apologized and then at least given the client a 50% discount for the service. I don't think that the drive for a "free" service is worth it just for what the coupon is for. I think I will be finding a more customer focused spa, one where the owner is actually concerned with the happiness of the clientele.
