    Coldwater Creek – The Spa aims to ensure that every detail has been conceived with comfort in mind. The spa strives to offer a natural setting of earth tones to give guests a place to relax and get away from the hustle of the day. Services cater to both men and women and include facials, massage, nail care, body treatments and skincare treatments for which carefully selected organic products are used with each. Spa packages are available as well.. Guests can enjoy a complimentary foot soak prior to any skincare or body treatment in the spa’s quiet relaxation room. Customized services for teens are also offered. Coldwater Creek – The Spa opened its first day spa in 2006 in Tigard, Oregon, and since has opened nine locations across the United States.

It had been a couple of yrs since I had been and wow, I'm glad to say I will never go back. This place was so miss managed. Every dressing room was dirty with robs and shoes on the ground and the relaxation room was a mess, dirty cups every where no water in the pitcher. Compared to other spas that have juices, teas and light snacks or fruit this place had nothing! When I complained at the front desk they were not shocked and didn't care. I took pictures and will be sharing with corporate. I had asked other business around this shop and they say that this place has really run down. They recommended to go some where else.

I have been to this spa for the last few years and I am still pleased with it. I received a facial peel which was very relaxing, and the young lady who waited on me was informative and polite. I wish this spa would bring back the snack bars they used to serve a couple of years ago, but nonetheless, I will be back.

Had an essential massage one evening at Coldwater Creek. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the facilty and the relaxing atmosphere in the waiting lounge. Even with the treatments itself. The footbath before is definately a nice touch. I must say though, that it did seem very understaffed and even a bit unprofessional. I was asked to pay for my massage (including gratuity) before my treatment. Never has happened to me before, and I am pretty much a spa guru. I asked if I can pay for the gratuity later, and the front desk person said no, even if it was cash and not going on my credit card. Weird. Also when I was done with the treatment, they showed me to the dressing room instead of the lounge! Never offered me water or tea or anything. I definately felt rushed! I always relax before and after my spa treatments!! If they improve on their customer service, this spa would be amazing! ;)

My husband surprised me with a massage package last year to this spa that included a facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure. It was an unforgettable experience! I will not go to another spa again. I recently went again for a prenatal massage and took a friend who had a massage as well and we were both very happy with the services. Their pedicures are the best! I really recommend this place.

This spa is one of my favorite places to go and basically be completely taken care of for the entire way from check in to check out. The rooms are the most comfortable and relaxing spa massage rooms I have ever been in (and I consider myself a spa expert)! The massage therapists are incredibly gifted and knowledgeable about their profession, something that is not always the case. The entire spa is filled with wonderful, kind, skilled professionals that have nothing but positive things to say about the spa themselves. I've even been so lucky as to spend an entire day of pampering here, where we were all given a choice of several restaurants in the area to choose from for our lunch!!! 5 star treatment all the way at this amazing spa!!!

Before Christmas I took two friends and we spent the entire day getting the Ultimate Spa Day. I have been to this spa several times for the Ultimate Pedicure and/or Manicure but this was my first with body treatments and what a treat it was. The body scrub was completely awesome and something I would have never otherwised tried. My skin felt terrific for well over a week and I am a new convert on whole body exfoliation! The facial was another experience that exceeded my expectations and I have a new appreciation of what that service offers. I added the Lactic acid and it truly made a difference in evening out my skin tone. The hot stone massage was nice but a little to gentle for me...next time I'll ask for the deep tissue and add the hot stones. Mani and pedi here are always delightful. Great facility and quality staff!
