I have gone to the Spa at Rock Barn - MANY TIMES in the past several years - I just went and I can say IT IS THE LAST TIME - You can tell this spa is cutting back and not following through with many standards, I had anticipated since I have been before - I was also amazed at how RUDE a member was that said she goes everyday! She was on this Swim Training Routine and basically cleared the mineral pool with her laps, breast strokes, butterfly strokes and large amount of splashing - she then entered other areas of the spa and pushed me out of the way - she said she was a member and it is normal! CRAZY!!! When we went to "check out" the Blonde was very rude and they did not have a record of my Gift Card which had been paid for in Jan. Also after my massage, I went into a very COLD room in front of a fake fireplace - normally they give you a neck wrap - but this time they did not. I had to go jump in the warm pool to keep from freezing. Over-all just a bad experience - they sell Christmas Gift Cards but hate to see the customers come. I will give credit to the very nice spa attendant who was basically doing all of the customer service on a very busy day - She was awesome. Be ware - There are so many Great Spas to visit - not RB

Do NOT Purchase Groupon/Deal Saver!!!
I've been going to this spa since 2004 as a loyal customer and have loved it more than any other spa in the Charlotte area; however, I was given a "deal saver" as a gift, and not only could I not book any appointments in the allotted time, but it has also been over 6 weeks, and I've made multiple calls/left voicemails, and no one will call me back...even the spa director! I think it is very poor business to offer a promotion and then not honor it.

Per our telephone discussion today, several attempts were made to you to allow an extension of your dealsaver purchase. A young child answered the phone on multiple attempts to contact you. Treated like royalty!
I have never had such a postive and relaxing experience like this one. Someone was always around to refill drinks, bring food, towels, whatever you needed. The facials left our skin feeling like a child's. Not too crowded so no issues with waiting to get into tubs or sauna. Friendliest staff of any place restaurant or otherwise that I have ever visited. Went for a mother daughter relaxing weekend and got just what we deserved. The prices were great for what you received. I will be back and bring others. Definitely and must do. Forget grove park, this place is all you need.

Gorgous, relaxing & very friendly staff. I had a fabulous experience here and cannot wait to go back.

My daughter and I have had the pleasure of visiting the Rock Barn Spa a couple of times and the time spent there was the greatest. I have been to others but there is no other spa that can compare with this one. The staff is great and the lunch that was served was wonderful. Again there is no other spa like this one!!!

Very relaxing and luxurious spa! We went on a girls day out and enjoyed every minute of it! The best part is they wait on you constantly! We felt like royalty!

Great place to spend the day
I have visited Rock Barn spa a few times and what keeps me coming back. The pools, the hot tubs, the comfortable lounge chairs are wonderful for having a relaxing day. I've had better massages, wraps and scrubs at other spas, but it's worth having nails or a scrub to get access to the pools for the day.

The full experience.
You get the full experience. We make an entire day of it - i mean 8 hrs with lunch provided by the pool. The massage was great and then entire experience was very professional.
