I have visited this spa on several occasions and I am always happy w/ my service. It is always quite and they are always able to get me in. I have been to other spas and they are not always as accommodating. I have nothing bad to say at all about this place.

The facial was great. She offered extractions and customized facial to my skin type. She was informative and well educated. She was gentle and careful when putting on products and frequently asked how I was doing. I highly recommend getting a facial at this spa.

Wothless gift certificateBy ErikaB | January 27, 2011

The worst customer service I have ever received from a spa. I was given a $50 gift certificate for Christmas that was written to be "good for any service". However, there were over two pages of conditions and restrictions that were never mentioned by the employees when making the first appointment (a massage/facial combo that my certificate was not eligible for). I went back with my mother a week later for two nail appointments which totaled $50...still not able to use it because I was "not allowed to combine services". I left again, still unable to redeem the gift certificate. Went back yesterday and had to forfeit half of it because the only service I could get for under $50 was a manicure for $25 and you have to use the entire amount at once for a single service. I love the nail tech and am extremely disappointed that the owner has not bothered to return my calls or respond to a complaint filed with the BBB. There is never a supervisor on site to deal with customer complaints and the teenagers working the counter are worthless at resolving anything.
If a company is going to place countless restrictions on how a gift certificate can be redeemed something needs to be posted on the certificate itself.

I visited Lavenders with my husband not too long ago and i have to say it was the best experience I have experienced in a spa, which we travel quiet often. The front desk greeted us delightfully and their services were excellent...they called in an extra person to accomodate the full day package my husband and I were interested in. Great Customer Service definetly recommend!

I forgot my wife's birthday.....So after leaving the supermarket by the spa I stopped in and asked for the lady's help at the front desk. She made a few sugestions and when we finally came to an agreement I purchased a gift certificate and made her appointment for that day and surprised her. She loved my gift and thanks to the lovely girl at the front desk suggesting me surprising her with that gift, that night she came back the happiest woman on earth! Thank you and we will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Lavender's on Dysart for years. The prices are reasonable and the location is clean. Th downside is that it is so frustrating how many different therapists I have gone through for the last 2 years. They have the WORST turnover of their employees. Even the receptionists are not the same anymore and there are 2 grumpy, unhappy women that sit at the front desk. I think THEY need a massage! Today I went for a massage and found out my therapists Romona and Thavia are GONE! So they scheduled me with a women named Grace. I asked the grumpy old receptionist how good she was. She replied" I guess you will find out!" Well, I sure did! I felt more stressed and tense than I did BEFORE I walked in and got my massage. Basically, I paid $50 for a women to rub lotion on me. I think they found her on the street and asked if she wanted to fill in as a massage therapist. That location does NOT care about their employees or their clients. They just care about the money. Even before the receptionists used to talk trash about their Boss. Don't go to this place unless you want a facial from Diane and only Diane.

My Husband and I have high stress medical jobs, when we have the opportunity to relax we go to Lavanders. Colleen uses a holistic approach to relieve the stress, making the massage feel as if it is given by an angel. My husband sings the praises of Rebecca. The services availabe are comprehensive.
The one thing that is missing in this spa is a couples room. However it still rates 5 of 5.
