  Thomas E. Young, MD, is the owner and Medical Director of Young Medical Spa located in the Saucon Valley area of the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Dr. Young began performing SmartLipo(tm) soon after its FDA approval and also performs SlimLipo(tm), Vaser® Lipo procedures. Other treatments include Cellulaze for permanent cellulite reduction, Liposonix(tm) and ZERONA(tm) for non-invasive fat reduction, VelaShape(tm) to reduce the appearance of cellulite, Fat Transfer Natural Breast Augmentation, Brazilian Butt Lift, and Stem Cell Treatments. Dr. Young performs approximately 30-40 procedures per month giving him extensive experience as a laser liposuction physician. He is also a speaker for Palomar Medical, Inc. the manufacturer of the SlimLipo(tm) body sculpting laser, and a trainer of other physicians in the art of laser liposuction and liposculpture.

  Dr. Young is double board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, is a native of the Lehigh Valley and has been practicing medicine in the Valley for over 20 years. He has advanced training in Botox®, Dysport®, Juvéderm™, Restylane®, Perlane®, ArteFill® and Selphyl® dermal filler procedures, and is a Premier Provider for Radiesse®.

Thomas E. Young, MD

Thomas E. Young, MD, owner and medical director of Young Medical Spa®, is double board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and oversees all staff and procedures. A Lehigh Valley medical practitioner for over 20 years, Dr. Young also trains other physicians across the country in awake tumescent liposuction and liposculpture procedures and has performed over 2500 procedures identifying him as an experienced awake tumescent liposuction physician. He is also a speaker for the SlimLipo™ body sculpting laser and continues to further expand his experience by continuing his training with industry pioneers in the art of body sculpting.

Dr. Young is experienced in SmartLipo™, Vaser® LipoSelection, SlimLipo™, stem cell enriched fat transfer procedures, natural breast augmentation, Brazilian Butt Lift, Cellulaze™, Liposonix™, Zerona™, VelaShape™, Fractional™ and CO2 laser skin resurfacing, and NeoGraft FUE Hair Transplant procedures. Victor M. Otero, MD,

Victor M. Otero, MD, is board certified in Family Medicine. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology at St. John’s University in New York and went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. His internship was conducted at St. Vincent Medical Center in New York, and his residency in family medicine was completed at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, New York. Dr. Otero is also fluent in written and verbal Spanish.

After relocating to Lehigh Valley in 1998, Dr. Otero began his training in esthetic medicine in 2004 by performing sclerotherapy for the treatment of spider and varicose veins. He also has extensive training in Botox® and dermal filler injection procedures. Dr. Otero performs SmartLipo™ laser body sculpting, Liposonix™, Cellulaze™, Pellevè Skin Tightening, IPL photo facial treatments, NeoGraft FUE Hair Restoration, and consults patients participating in the Young hCG Diet and VelaShape™ procedures.

Dr. Otero is affiliated with the American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians, American Academy of Cosmetic Family Medicine, Hispanic American Physicians Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and the InterAmerican College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is also an associate member of the Alumni Association of NY Medical College, a clinical professor of family and community medicine at Penn State College of Medicine and a clinical assistant professor at DeSales University.

Judith Walls, MS, CRNP

Judith Walls, M.S., C.R.N.P. is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been in practice for 14 years. She received her Masters Degree and Nurse Practitioner Certification from State University of New York in Binghamton. Her Bachelor of Science was obtained at Wilkes University. Judy received her training and certification in aesthetic treatments by the Aesthetic Enhancement Institute. She has extensive experience in administering cosmetic injectable therapies, such as Botox®, Juvéderm™, and Restylane®. She also performs Pellevè Skin Tightening procedures. Her background also includes experience in the evaluation and treatment of skin disorders and anti-aging. Judy has extensive training in the consultation and monitoring of patients participating in the Young hCG Diet program and works with each patient to help them reach their weight loss goal, safely and effectively. In addition to aesthetic medicine, her practice includes women's health, and pediatric and adolescent medicine within a local hospital setting.
