Great Facial
I recently had a facial with Olga at Renew Massage and Skin Care. Olga was very knowledgeable and friendly, while she was working on my face she told me everything she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable at all times. My face never felt or looked better!! I would definitely refer Olga to anyone who asked.

When I first walked into Renew, instantly I was relaxed! Tranquil & clean environment, but wait 'til you try their services! Courteous staff and well-knowledged in their field of expertise. Facial guru Fiona is a sweetheart! Will be back! Go try Renew!

Very Poor Business sense
I had two gift certificates for $50 each. I got a Swedish massage for $65. I asked for cash back for my change. The manager refused. According to California state law when you have change on a gift certificate you are intitled to cash back if you ask for it. He then told me I wouldn't be able to use both certificates, that I would have to pay the remainder in cash. I remained calm and explained to him the law. He again refused and stated he didn't have to accept the gift certificates. So what was I supposed to do then, return the massage? I felt he was rude and didn't have to handle the situation like that. What was he worried about, he was going to get his money back from Spa Finder. I left a $10 tip for the massuse and took the $25 in a gift certificate for the spa. (Which will probably never be used!) I will continue go to Oasis Massage on Greenleaf. Much better customer service.

Feels so good!
Because I have a damaged disc I have to be careful of who touches my back so I asked my physical therapist where I should go for a massage and without hesitation he said "Mission Court - they know what they are doing". I've had several different masseurs and not once did I experience any discomfort either during or after like I had at other spas.

I was so amazed to see how well knowledged the skin care staff is. Gaby definitely helped with getting me on a skin care balance treatment that surely helped my face and self-esteem. Karina in the hair salon is a great listener and gave me a great color and cut. I hope to see you there!
