    Portland Spa & Boutique is a full-service day spa located in Portland, Oregon, on the SW waterfront and prides itself on providing clients with a health and relaxation destination. The spa has four treatment rooms including two aesthetics rooms and two massage rooms (with one available for couple's services.) Their candle-lit treatment rooms are freshly scented with soy candles and diffusers to create a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience.

    The spa provides massage, body treatments, firming/toning treatments, facials, diamond microdermabrasion, waxing, all-natural (paraben-free) airbrush tanning, hand and foot care including manicures and pedicures, and foot therapies. There are also therapists that specialize in tinting and customized eyelash extensions. Portland Spa & Boutique is proud to feature the Organic Bronze Bar, which allows clients to keep their tans year-round by using a customized all natural paraben-free tanning solution made with ingredients such as walnuts, anti-oxidants, and pure botanicals. The customized airbrush tan is technician-applied and is meant to leave the skin with a youthful, bronzed glow. The airbrush tan is perfect for anyone looking for a fresh vibrant everyday tan or for a special event or occasion.

    An array of medi-spa services are also available and include diamond microdermabrasion, Harmony skin rejuvenation treatments, Accent body contouring and skin tightening, Pixel skin tightening and rejuvenation, as well as Skin360, which is a comprehensive skin rejuvenation program that helps with the tone, texture, and clarity of the skin.

    The spa has a naturopathic medicine doctor on staff that specializes in a natural medicine options such as treatments for women's health-related issues as well as detoxification treatments, botanical medicines, nutritional counseling, vitamin B-12 injections, and skin tag removal.

    Dr. Robert Ruiz is a graduate of the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and a board member of the Naturopathic Board of Aesthetic Medicine. He performs Botox®, dermal fillers, vitamin B-12 injections, Harmony skin rejuvenation treatments, Accent Body Sculpting and Contouring, along with Pixel skin tightening treatments. Portland Spa also offers a doctor-supervised medical weight loss program that resets the core metabolic rate and metabolizes abnormal fat cells, while sparing muscle mass and reshaping the silhouette of the body. The spa was voted by CitySearch as "Portland's Best Spa for Massage, Facial, Pedicure, and Manicure."

Microderm Facial in average setting

I received a top notch facial from PS&B. Informative, relaxing and result was wonderful. The atmosphere is average. Very small and not super relaxing as their relax waiting area is in the hall of all their multiple rooms. There is a lot of commotion in the relax area and although they are trying to be quiet, their constance in and outs are off putting. They use quality products that speak for themselves. I wish that each specialist wouldn't try to sell them all to you while you are trying to enjoy your relaxing treatment. If I am interested I will deffinately ask. You almost feel as though you are to feel obligated to buy. Which I didn't, but then the gal at the desk seemed to change her sweet personalty that she had when I came in to a tad snippy as I left. Their location is nice along the water but you don't see any of that if you are getting any treatments in the back. It would have been nice to enjoy that in the relaxation area. A few doors down they also own a very cute nail salon that is worth a trip to as well. Its called Pink and White and is adorable with views of the water and passerby's as well. Their service is average and don't ask for nail art, because they can not do, but they will try and you ruin your pedi.

Unprofessional and unfriendly manager and staff! I am from a different ethnic background and was treated like crap because of this. Everyone, PLEASE stay away and spend your money elsewhere. This place is also overpriced for the poor quality.

I purchased a Groupon package for laser treatments. I scheduled the appointment and then they called me with a different time and said they had to change me, didn't ask, rather told. The location was VERY difficult to find (as previously stated) and thus I got lost and was seven minutes late. I called the Spa to see if I was at the right location. She said I need to place you on hold and I sat on hold for about three or four minutes. When she got back she said I was too late to come as I was fifteen minutes late. I told her I wasn't even fifteen minutes late and I had driven 45 minutes and was willing to wait if needed but I wanted to go through with the appointment. She said no and I asked where they were located as I still couldn't see the Spa. She didn't tell me but rather said there was no reason to come in as I would not be seen. I asked her several more times to give me directions, on the fifth request she told me. I went in and she said they would do nothing for me. She said they had no staff to work on me (even though it was NOW 15 minutes late and there should have been someone for my appointment). I told her I would like a refund as she was so rude. She said I would have to go through Groupon, which I did and they were fabulous to work with and credited my card before I even left the location. I have never been so disappointed in a company's customer service in my life. I would think twice before booking anything at this Spa.

I recently finished my sixth laser treatment at Portland Spa and couldn't be more pleased! I should have done this sooner. Who doesn't love not having to shave everyday?!! I would recommend Portland Spa to anyone that is hesitant about the whole experience, they make you feel comfortable and answer any and all questions you may have. The staff kept me updated and remembered my name after my first visit. Portland Spa is the place to go for your medi spa and laser needs.

My daughter and I had facials and massages in March, 2011. Our experience was good and we even purchased the recommended Eminence facial products.Of the four products purchased, three were fine but one was not. Despite assurance from Adrienne that the product would be refunded or replaced, my phone call in April and subsequent emails (2) remain unanswered. It is now July and I still have a $50.00 useless product. As a result, I cannot recommend this spa as highly as it would otherwise deserve.

I just had a facial with Adrianna at Portland Spa and Boutique and it was absolutely amazing. Not only did my face feel and look better than before, she was able to massage out some of the stress I was carrying in my face and neck muscles. It was by far the best facial I've ever had, and I highly recommend going to Adrianna if you can. She has miracle hands!

I really enjoyed my experience at this delightful little spa. Don't foget to take advantage of the valet parking available at the hotel nearby. Get there early enough to relax with the complimentary wine. I kicked up my feet in their tiny waiting room after my pedicure to let my nails dry and was offered more water and really felt unrushed. My girlfriends (don't bring many this place is small!) and I had a great time and got the pampering we were hoping for.
