Go-to spa in Vegas

5.00 out of 5 stars
My husband and I go to Vegas 2-3 times a year and I ALWAYS spend at least one afternoon at Qua. I've tried many other spa's in Vegas and Qua is definitely my favorite. It's very tranquil, serene and relaxing. I love napping on the heated stone loungers after a massage. The roman baths and the loungers are definitley my favorite part of this spa experience. I usually go in the late afternoon mid-week and stay til about 7pm (check for specials). Most of the time it's like having the place to myself as there are usually only 2 or 3 other people there. I've had a variety of the body treatments and the vichy shower treatments. I have never had a bad experience. My favorite though is the simple classic massage. I've been going to the same masseuse now for the past 3 years and she's amazing! I highly suggest visiting Qua when you are in Vegas.....you won't be disappointed!

It doesn't get better than this. Qua is an amazing oasis of tranquility and serenity. I happened to go when it was rather slow on a Monday and benefited from having the facilities largely to myself and a handful of other guests. My tip is to plan to spend the whole day here because it's hard to get enough. Enjoy!

Perfect Day of relaxation

5.00 out of 5 stars
I visited here while in Vegas back in September and would be unable to say enough good things about it. I heavily researched Vegas spas before choosing this because I was looking for the "complete package." As so many Vegas spas are, treatments are expensive, and didn't want my day to be over after 1 treatment. I picked Qua because of the amount of things available even after your treatment. All the baths are wonderful as are the different steam and sauna rooms. My favorite part would have to be the bathrobe warmer! Heavenly. The heated loungers come in a close 2nd. I had the Chai Tea Mud Mask with added massage and left the spa refreshed. The spa also offers a well-stocked bathroom area with various toiletries and hair care products. I will definitely be visiting Qua in the future.

The most relaxing Vegas trip ever!!!
-
5.00 out of 5 stars
I went with my husband...it was so wonderful...the staff at the women spa were great. They gave me a brief tour before I start. I felt so comfortable and safe even I was naked most of the time...however my husband at the men spa did not get a brief tour. So he did not get to enjoy all the facilities and he told me at the men spa, they don't have as much facilities as the women spa does. We suppose to meet up at the laquitium but since my husband did not know about that room. So we end up waiting for each other at 2 separate places( he was waiting for me at the front door for an hour). But I still enjoyed it a lot. It will be my must go place every time I go Vegas!!!!

I've been to this spa twice before and had a great experience. This time however it was far diffferent. Trinity (the woman giving my facial) came to get me 20 minutes late and when she finished my facial I realized I only recieved about a 30 minute facial. When I complained to the front desk they told me the manager wasn't there and to leave my name and number. No one bothered to give me a call back. I am very upset at how I was treated.

I loved this place, nothing like relaxing after all that walking. We went here for a girls trip and the three of us where truly impressed. We all had the same treatment and all loved it, although seems like we each had a little something dif, I guess each person kinda customizes in there own special way. This will be a yearly visit at this spa.

Fantastic Treatment!

5.00 out of 5 stars
My sister and I both got the ayurvedic treatment, massage and shirodhara treatment in one. During the treatment it was pure heaven! My sister and I compared notes afterward and even though our two therapists did the same treatment differently we were both SO impressed!
The baths beforehand are also a must. Come early to enjoy them all. The ice room was not working at first, but during our lounging around time we saw other ladies going in and out so we ventured in. Its more kitchy than anything, but kind of fun to let "snowflakes" fall on you!
All the staff was knowledgable, helpful and attentive. They brought frozen grapes and cold towels into the hot rooms, VERY nice touch! Very nice visit, would definitely come again.

I have been to many spa in the world, and qua spa is one of the best for its service.

Great for a Girls' Trip
-
5.00 out of 5 stars
I just got back from a Girls' Trip and we picked great spas to try--Qua and the Sahra Hannam at the Cosmopolitan. Qua was probably better. The facilities are awesome--a room with a huge body temperature jacuzzi, one hotter, and a 75 degree (felt really cold!) bath. And there's a mix of heated stone seats and lounges adjacent. Really great tea/relaxation room. And another area of hot jacuzzi, sauna, "arctic ice" (snow came down--I never saw that before!) and a not-too-hot steam room. I got the 60 min hourglass treatment which is decided upon by you and the therapist. I had 40 mins of OK massage and 20 mins of facial. Great combo for me. The layout was a bit weird (seemed like a hike to the restroom) and the lockers were small. Showers were fun with multiple heads. Robe OK, normal shoes. Definitely plan to spend a few hours here.

I would recommend this spa to anyone it was truly amazing. From the minute you show up til the minute you leave you feel relaxed and at ease. I forgot my bathing suit but since it is clothing optional I still got to enjoy everything. I am a bigger girl and I did overhear a couple of smaller ladies make a comment about my lack of clothing, but since they were covered up pretty well and made time while at the spa to be snarky really what they said about me was none of my business. Visiting this spa was a confidence and mood booster I loved every second of it. Please spend the money and get the hour glass treatment it is MAGICAL!

Qua Spa is a truly relaxing escape from the regular hectic go go go fun in Las Vegas. The Zen like atmosphere naturally brings your heart rate down while the beautiful soaking pools, sauana, herbal steam room and the tea room all aid in ultimate pampering. The herbal steam room is my favorite. Don't really need a treatment, but add one and you have really hit the jackpot here.
Truly a not to be missed spot whether you stay at Ceasars Palace or not. I visit Las Vegas 2-3 times a year and I always make time for a visit to Qua Spa - Winter, Spring Summer or Fall.

Qua-Something to experience

4.00 out of 5 stars
I recently visted the Qua Spa and enjoyed everything. The only thing I can add is that I wish the tea room had more variety of teas. I had the Vichy shower treatment, it was nice and something different to try but I wish the staff member would have explained more what she was doing. My friend had the same treatment with a different staff member that day and she had a different experience (better) than I. Her staff member gave her the extra product she did not use and told her more about it.
Overall a great place to visit, steam room was great, especially when you could step into the cold room right next to it to have a quick cool down. You must visit and try everything.

What a fantastic spa! Great amenties, many soaking pools, jacuzzis, steam room, etc. to choose from. The "Snow Room" is nice, but a little overrated. It's a cold room with little flakes flying around. I think it's more of a novelty that a spa experience.
My treatment was great. It's a huge spa, and although there are many people there, it didn't feel crowded. If modesty is important, you may was to skip Qua. It's clothing optional, but I didn't see any clothing in any of the baths, jacuzzis. Only skin. But since everyone is au natural it doesn't feel awkward.
Very relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend for your trip to Vegas.

Wonderful Relaxing Spa with a few Critiques
-
5.00 out of 5 stars
I'm going to say it now, I've worked in the spa industry for over 12 years, so I can be a little picky. I really enjoyed the amenities and overall layout/concept. I do have 2 complaints 1) There were a few areas that could use a little maintenance. The waterfall in the main pool area had a gunky build up. It certainly was no big deal; probably just my trained eye saw it. However, it was the arctic room that seemed to really need some attention. It smelt so bad that I couldn't stand being in there. It felt really good, but unfortunately my nose told me to leave. Seems like there should be a way to have more aromatic smells in that room. 2) I had a body scrub treatment. I was really hoping for a little more. All the tech did was rub a body scrub on me. I thought there would be a little massaging, but there wasn't. Don't get a body scrub thinking that there will be some massaging, because it was far from it.
However, having said that, I still really enjoyed spending my afternoon there. I really can't wait to go back. The rest of the facility was kept very clean and they had all the amenities that I would expect it too (razors, shaving cream, hair tools, bottled water, snacks, ect).

The Absolute Best on the LV Strip
-
5.00 out of 5 stars
I've been to this spa about 6 times already and I consider this day spa the best on the strip. How can Qua Baths and Spa be the best on the strip when every day spa in a high end Las Vegas hotel offers luxurious decor, free refreshments, and good customer service? Two reasons: 1) they accept spafinder and 2) they don't cheat you on minutes. I've been to a few places on the strip and i've always been cut short...and yes i arrive and check-in on time. I always want to try new places when it comes to day spas, however, I end up retreating to Qua Baths and Spa. :-)

SPA Guest Beware-Security BAD

I visited this SPA over easter weekend 2011 for a nice claming and relaxing day. We lead to believe that the locker room was a secure place and that our lockers were secure. We were gravely wrong and two girls had over $40,000 in jewerly stolen. The police showed photos of people who have for the past months been stealing from locker rooms. This was never told to us nor were are there signs posted in the locker room. The hotel and spa are handling the situation poorly. Both parties lost items that are dear to there heart. SPA GUESTS beware!

Frmo the moment that I walked into the spa, I could tell that it was going to be a wonderful experience. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I had some time to enjoy the tea lounge before going to my treatment. I had the vichy dancing waters treatment. It was only 25 minutes but was well worth it! The showers dance over your body...combined with the body scrub it was a very relaxing experience. After the treatment, I enjoyed the herbal steam room, ice room, inhalation room, and the giant jacuzzi. There was more to explore but I ran out of time! Had a cup of hot tea after the treatment...perfect way to refresh after gambling in Vegas.

Glorious day at the Qua Spa!
-
5.00 out of 5 stars
From the moment I got to the reception desk to the time I left, I was treated very well and made to feel welcome by all of the staff. I received the classic massage while at the spa. The therapist that gave me the massage (Linda) was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed my massage. Afterward, I spent the rest of the day enjoying the baths, steam room, sauna and Arctic room. The tea was made upon my request, not just a tea bag with hot water poured over it, which was really delicious and luxurious. Fruit, lemon water, iced tea and various juices to chose from were provided. The heated lounge chairs by the baths were great, though they could have been a little warmer for my taste. While I was in the baths, I put my robe in the robe sauna, which made it toasty when I put it back on. When it was time to leave, I used the shower, which had a rain shower head and wall jets. The shower was stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner and a towel and wash cloth, too. Also a Shick Quattro razor and shave cream were supplied, as was spray deodorant, toothpaste/toothbrush, hairstyling tools (straight iron/curling iron, brushes) and hairspray. I felt so pampered and relaxed when I left. I highly recommend the Qua Spa!

I recently went to Qua spa for a massage and was shocked at the pricing. Most of the Vegas hotel spas charge about $180 for a 90 min massage, Qua charges $200 for 75 min. I did not think the facility warranted that kind of pricing, nothing to special about the decor or their offerings. They did not have the lavender massage lotions they advertise and many people were using their cell phones in the facility. I like the hotel, but my future spa visits will go back to Bellagio!

Me and a couple girlfriends went to this spa because we found they accepted SpaFinder. From the moment we walked in we were so at peace. The girl at the service counter and the workers throughout were so friendly and helpful. I had a facial and a massage and after each service I felt my body "jello". I was so relaxed! We took advantage of the hot tub and the room with the three different temp waters...awesome! The stone chairs....ahhhh!!! Missed the "snow room" because we were so relaxed where we were. Planning another trip to Vegas in the next few months and will MOST DEFINITELY hit Qua on our last day :)

First off, the biggest criticism I have is that my girlfriend and I were not shown the amazing soaking pools and therefore did not use it. However, the spa space was beautiful and I really enjoyed the snacks in the waiting room. There is something to be said about a spa that knows some people may want to eat chips instead of dried fruit. The snow room is a trip and worth going to for the novelty of it. I had a signature stone massage and very much enjoyed it. I wish it was 60 minutes instead of 50.

My spa experience started with an hour workout in the fitness center. Love the equipment and the TVs in the treadmill. Made the hour go by so fast.
After was time for my treatment, herbal body wrap. It was heavenly. The staff was friendly and professional. After the treatment, I left the spa for lunch but quickly returned to enjoy the hot tub, roman baths, and saunas. I can't stress enough how heavenly it was. Peaceful. Calm. I can't wait to go back.

Every year my girlfriends & I spend a week in Las Vegas. After trying some very nice spas we tried Qua. We now only go there. We book the day we arrive & spend 2 hours prior to our 70min massage in the pools, sauna, steam , snow rooms. We then take a shower & have customized tea served to us in the tea room. After our massage we meet back enjoy more tea & then all the rooms again before we shower & go out to dinner. We are so relaxed we sleep well with no jet lag from NYC. Staff is excellent ! Just booked for 9/2010. This is a must! Use your Spafinder gift cards!

QUA - A Roman Experience
-
5.00 out of 5 stars
On a recent vacation to Las Vegas, my boyfriend and I received comp passes for a Roman Ritual at Caesar's QUA Spa.
My boyfriend had never experienced a spa setting and was very skeptical. Before we entered the spa for check-in, he said to me "ok, I will see you in half and hour." I gave him a look and thought that I would stay a bit longer and he would have to wait for me! haha.
QUA baths and spa are not co-ed, so patrons are free and comfortable to walk/bathe and relax in whatever they feel comfortable wearing or not wearing. There is a co-ed meeting room that I was not aware of.
The facility was outstanding and the staff was very accomodating and helpful. The Roman Ritual soak was amazing. I spent at least half and hour soaking, ten minutes in the steam room and the sauna for another ten. Thinking about the time, I quickly showered and changed and made my way to the waiting area, disappointed that I had to cut it short!
My boyfriend was no where to be found! I thought he had left but the great staff found him in the spa relaxing.
Needless to say, we couldn't stop raving about QUA and would definitely recommend the experience to everyone! We can't wait to go again!
Thanks!!

I had originally planned on getting a pedicure at a different spa. After touring their facility, I changed my mind. My husband found Spafinder specials for Qua. I'm so glad that he did. I wanted a pedicure...I needed a pedicure. There was a Spafinder special for one...but the Color Salon at Qua refused to accept it. They just kept telling me that they didn't have those specials. I told them that they were listed on-line. They still said no. I ended up talking with a delightful and very professional young man at the Spa. The next day I had the most wonderful massage and facial. They were the best that I ever had. Very professional. The staff at The Spa is exceptional. I've been to other spas on the strip; this one is the best. I will definitely go back. It truly was a five hour mini vacation within our vacation. (If it's hot...which it usually is in Vegas, give the Artic Room a try.)

I was amazed at how clean and amazing this spa is. First off, I must say the overall clientele that day were older men. I was so surprised that this spa has been in Vegas for so long, yet the spa looks so new and clean. The pictures are exactly how the spa looks! Picturesque! I bought the men's facial optimizer and it was also amazing! It felt a bit short, but I thought it was effective. The lip moisturizer they used made my lips look great. And she noticed that my eye's needed hydration, so she added on an eye treatment free of charge. Apparently my facialist (Josselyn) is one of the best there, so I was lucky.

My husband and I both had a classic massage at Qua at June, using spafinder gift certificates and paying the $99 special price.
We both were very pleased with the facilities- my favorite was the arctic room and my husband was obsessed with the shower head. There were some areas in some of the roman baths that the pool tiles were broken and hanging off (which is why I gave the facilities a 4 instead of a 5).
Neither of us were too excited about our massages. I think mine may have been better than his, as the girl applied some pressure, used forearms and actually worked on some of my tight spots. My husband said his massag was similar to putting sun tan lotion on - not much pressure, just a lot of rubbing.
We used the facilities and had treatments at Aria on the same trip and we preferred Aria over Qua (with the exception of the shower head)

I have been to massage places before but this place was amazing. I made an appointment for a swedish massage and got much more. I arrived with my friend and I got her a day pass. It allowed her and myself access to the herbal, dry,and wet saunas. The ice room and the many different relaxing jacuzzis were wonderful. I never felt uncomfortable in my robe and disposible bathing suit because they separate women and men in different areas. The people were so kind and very helpful ( especially when my locker got stuck). When I went to my massage the woman was so incredible. It was a massage I never experinced. Afterwards I took a shower where everything is provided even the hair dryers. The vanity was so beautiful and clean. Afterwards I was so relaxed and ready to walk the strip. If you plan on doing a lot of walking(which is what you do on the strip)I do recommend waiting a few days because it helps with the feet. I also recommend bringing your bathing suit and your make up because after you are all done with everything you will want a shower to freshen up.

My husband and I visited this spa in October 2009. I pre-booked the treatments over the phone based on the online menu. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating the multiple treatments for us. The only downside to the spa was the fact that some of the pre-treatment services (i.e., the snow sauna in the women's lounge and the certain facilities in the men's lounge) were being repaired during our treatment. This was a disappointment as we were very much looking forward to using these facilties. Overall, though, a wonderful experience.

A Couple's Weekend Getaway
-
3.00 out of 5 stars
We visited Qua Baths and Spa at Ceasar's as part of our weekend getaway. We had the Lomi Lomi Couple's treatment. The treatment itself was excellent. The facility itself is beautiful however compared to other spas we have visited it lacks certain aspects that we had expected. For example, Canyon Ranch offers a large couples/co-ed area where you can relax in different themed rooms between treatments. Qua did not have such a set up for couples to spend time together. There was no place to just sit quietly and read - at least no place with enought light to read. Towels on the men's side were restocked often but the dirty towel bins were often overflowing. The cold room with snow like bubbles was a disappointment. The spa got to be overcrowded by about 2pm with day passers. Overall, for the cost associated with this spa and the other competition high end spas in Vegas I would probably not return to this spa.

Relaxing and not overly crowded
-
4.00 out of 5 stars
I am not sure if this spa gets crowded during peak season in Las Vegas, but I was there on a Saturday and my mother and sister and I had the run of the place! There were a few other patrons, but perhaps the lull was due to the early hour (9 am). Regardless, we found it very relaxing, just to be in the pools, sauna, etc. We did not do any special treatments at this time. I will say that some of the rooms are fairly small (the snow room, for example), so if it were to get crowded, that would be an issue for me. Overall the staff was kind, gave a nice tour of the facilities, and were on top of any complaints (there was a lady with a load set of headphones . . . the staff quickly asked her to turn them down). I would definitly go again!

On a recent trip to Las Vegas, I only used the water bath option at the Spa, and did not have a treatment. I planned to stay only an hour. I was at Qua 3 hours. I used all the baths, read on the heated chairs, enjoyed tea and had a very relaxing morning. I loved the "snow shower". If you do not have extra cash for a full treatment, at least check out the baths for 30-40 dollars. Worth it!

Qua Spa - Not Up to Hype
-
3.00 out of 5 stars
I had read several reviews about the Qua Spa Las Vegas and was looking forward to trying it. The idea of Roman baths and the photos looked great. My husband and I decided to go there on our recent visit. He chose the day pass and I booked a $99 massage special.
We entered the spa men and women separate. The spa's theme of water is everywhere. The rock decor is a bit cold and no natural light so I felt a bit claustrophobic. I was greeted by the staff and showed to my locker with robe inside. The locker room is a bit small for such a large spa. I did love the robe sauna where I could leave my robe to warm while I was using the baths.
One room has elevated baths that you see in the photos with the rain shower in the middle. A large bath is body temperature with the two smaller baths, one is very hot and the other a cold plunge. Heated stone seats provide a nice place to rest. The room is loud with the sound of the bubbling waters.
From there I went to the back area which has another round hot tub and the sauna, steam and arctic room. The arctic room is a cold room with foam that comes out to simulate snow. The sound of foam fan is a bit loud but overall enjoyed it.
The sauna and steam are like anywhere else. I was taken to the laconium room to wait for my therapist. It's a bit like a round, mosiac tomb. While there over the intercom, I heard something about a firm alarm test. Next thing the fire alarm goes off and the strobe fire alarm light starts flashing. I had to stand outside the room as I felt as if I was in a disco. The strobe light continued as I was lead to my treatment room. Finally, it was shut off but as a serious spa goer, I couldn't believe they couldn't test the alarm another time or give us a heads up.
The treatment rooms are simple and my massage was good. I would have liked the therapis to ask about what pressure I preferred. Afterwards was going to go back to the sauna and cold room but was told I couldn't go back there for the moment as the maintenance man was back there. By then, I needed to head out to meet my hubby for lunch.
Overall, my experience was average and probably will not go back again the next time we are in Vegas.
