I make monthly appointments to see Jamie for a massage and I have no desire to go anywhere else!

My visit was te worst experince ever in a salon. I went in there expecting to make my hair a darker blonde and came out with a dark brown with greenish color toward te ends. Jennifer did my hair. When she first said she was done I cud not believe it so she added more highlights, but did nothing to the awful base color. By the time I walked out of the salon I paid over $200.... I could not eave the house it was so bad. The salon we'd nt refund my money and only wanted to add more bleach to my already brittle hair. Only go if you do not care wat it will look like!!!!!!!

My daughter and I have been regular customers of Body in Balance for 4 years. We have tried just about every service and have never had a problem. We both get regular cuts and colors from both Randi and Jeanette and the care and quality of their work is wonderful. We have had the spa manicure and pedicure...both fabulous! Their masseuse is exceptional! My absolute favorite services are the facials. I am particular about this service because my skin regularly has clogged pores, even with regular home facials. My skin always looks and feels beautiful after the service. Wonderful customer service, they are always good about fitting you in, when you need a last minute appointment. They have great product selection with quality lines. The staff is great to recommend a needed product, without the feeling that it is being pushed on you. Can't wait until my next appointment!! I used my SpaFinder gift certificate here, I was worried that they wouldn't like to take it but the staff treated me like royalty. My husband gave me a spa day with the gift certificate and I had a manicure, pedicure and facial. It was amazing, Regina helped me correct drying problems with my skin and now I am a steady repeat customer. You have to try this place it is peaceful, clean, and the staff is the best in town.

I had a terrible cut and color from another salon in town, my hair was actually pink, I wanted blond but they turned it pink, I went to Body in Balance for a corrective color and the stylist reshaped my hair, they got it to the blond that I wanted and saved my life. I love it at Body in Balance, they are the ONLY salon in Morgantown who know what they are doing.

I have had the best facial's from Regina and Tracy at Body in Balance. My face feels like silk when I am done. I fall asleep under the steam during the head and neck massage. I usually have the deep cleansing exfoliating facial. The products they use smell incredible. Regina did a fine line wrinkler minimize around my eyes, I was shocked at how well it worked. She included for free a hand treatment in warm mitts it was great. I'm scheduled for my next appointment already!.

I had a massage and a spray tan here, I felt and looked great I definatly will be back soon. The massage was great the therapist really helped work the kinks out and the spray tan was for fun but I got a ton of great compliments

I got my hair cut and colored,and while I was processing the staff offered me a pedicure. It was so nice to get 2 services at the same time. When I left I looked great from my head to my toes!!! Great experience and have already made appointments for a facial and manicure!!! Great staff!!!

If you want to get a great massage and be relaxed, so not go to Body in Balance! I went for an 80 minute swedish massage and have never been in so much pain or so uncomfortable in my life. I told the masseuse she was hurting me and it did not seem to matter. I have never so much wished for a massage to end. The next day, I was still in considerable pain. Try the Waterfront, or Europa Spa for a much better experience!

I had been a suffering from adult acne for several months when I began seeing Julie at Body in Balance for facials. She was just as frustrated and confused by the acne as I was. She has been working with me now for three months and my acne is just about cleared up. She frequenlty sends me home with a supply of samples that uaully last 2-3 weeks so I can tell if I really like the products or not. The facials at Body in Balance seem to be the least "medical" feeling of any that I have had. I frequently fall asleep during the relaxation period. The staff goes out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. I also have my hair done here. Though I would trust any member of the staff to cut or color my hair, I have developed a personal relationship with stylist Anne Marie and look forward to seeing her every four to six weeks. This is by far one of the top spas in Morgantown.
