Opened in December 2006, Miiluma Spa draws from nature as inspiration for its decor and services. Traditional Mexican healing techniques are employed in both indoor treatment rooms and an outdoor terrace with four aromatherapy-infused cabins. Before indulging in spa treatments, guests can visit the thermal/hydrotherapy suite (composed of gender-specific sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and whirlpool facilities) or the co-ed relaxation lounge.

Signature treatments integrate flavorful elements of the surrounding landscape. The 80-minute Coconut Experience involves an exfoliating full-body application of the titular fruit, followed by a hydrotherapy bath with coconut extracts and flower petals. Additional specialty offerings include Exotic Natural Avocado Yogurt Wrap, Exotic Chocolate Wrap, Rain Shower Body Scrub, and Prestige Moisturizing Facial. Skincare services utilize clinically formulated Phytomer products.

The spa's Life Fitness gymnasium features a full complement of weight-training and cardio equipment. After a workout and/or pampering treatments, spa-goers can do laps or relax under a waterfall at the multi-leveled infinity pool.
