I have never had a better facial at any other spa. The woman who gave me my facial had a professional touch that made me relax immediately. My face was super clean and glowing and my face, neck, and shoulder muscles were so relaxed and I felt great after. The spa is super clean and has a beautiful decor. Nobody pushed any product on me and I will be coming back again. I also want to bring my friends and family for this experience.

I must say I went to try a new place and did have high expectations. The outside of the building is run down and looks like a strip mall. It had gang spray artwork on the outside of the building. The inside looked like someones home that they turned into a spa. The massage I had was good and with good quality work but the facial was very very low class. Don't go expecting anything spectacular. My face was on fire after the face mask and then after the "calming" cream I just got up and left. They had the nerve to ask me to pay full price for a bad 1/2 done facial. The woman was rough and kept leaving the room to go answer the phones, and did not wash her hands when returning to touch my face. She did not wash off everything either. I had leftover salt scrub on my neck for the entire time. She then told me my skin felt "like sandpaper" and then asked if I wanted a chemical peal, I told her no since the last time I had one it hurt. She shrugged and said, "well I guess you would know your skin"
