Renee Day Spa

I bought $300.00 gift certificates for my sister and I for Christmas. We had our Spa treatments this weekend. I will highly recommend Renee Day Spa to my friends. The mani/pedi's were outstanding, the facials were 'to die for', and the body treatments made a tremendous difference in the texture of my skin. Everyone was wonderful and we had the best day ever.

I've been happy for many years with Renata's (the proprieter) services and now that includes those of her staff as well. Her massage is restorative and relaxing at the same time. The manis and pedis outweigh others I've received. Treat yourself at this wonderful spa right off Michigan Avenue.

I go to Renee Day Spa at least few time a month. The service's that Renata offers are absolutely a gem. The Manis/Pedis are wonderful always beutiful and I cannot say enough about the massages. The spa it self is clean, bright and open. I have been to different spas and tried different services. This spa so far is the best in my book. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful spa experience. Renata you are the BEST!!! See you soon!

I've been going to Renata for years and a very satisfied and loyal customer because she is excellent at spa treatments, service and her warm personality. She has great talent working with her too, providing massages, facials, manicures/pedicures etc. I would always recommend the SPA Pedicure with the manicure, the extras are well worth the money. I've been going to spas in Chicago for over 14 years, with all the choices and price points, I choose Renee's Day Spa and recommend it to you.

So, the 'spa' is located in this office building off Michigan avenue. When I think spa, I think relaxing, tranquil, soothing, calming and not office building. It's a very small space with one big room where they do manis and pedis and then two smaller rooms directly off the main room where they do massages/facial/etc. I only had a massage but I really wanted something more relaxing and spa like. I wanted scents and candles and lavish unnessecary things. Instead I got a straight up massage with no added spa perks but they definatelt charge what you would pay at a spa with the perks. Overall, if you just want a quick spa treatment and happen to be close by, go for it. If you don't want the fuss and the mess of the spa experience, go for it. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother.

I was in the city with my husband for Valentine's weekend. My husband found this place at Spafinders and I had scheduled a Spa Mani and Special Spa Pedi with a Facial instead of the "Works". I was told on the phone in January that they could create a different package for me without the massage and give me a package price. I recieived a regular manicure, a regular pedicure and the facial for roughly the same price even though I did not receive the massage. I felt that there was not a lot of privacy either. As I sat in a robe having a pedicure...a man waiting for his wife was sitting across from me reading a magazine. A lady in another room had a seaweed body something and had to cross the same room in just a towel to reach the "bathrooom" to shower off the mask. I would have been mortified!!! The facial was as good as others I have had, but my nail polish had bubbled and I sat and waited for 20 minutes in that same room in a robe (with the men waiting)for the facial after I was done with the mani. When I was ready to pay, I had a gift certificate that was given to me for Christmas for this weekend and the lady at the desk could find no record of it. As I stood there being embarassed and wondering if they were going to honor it, I couldn't wait to GET OUT! sorry it was not the day I expected! You need more space, and a waiting area seperated from your service area.

Renee Day Spa is the best kept secret in Chicago-my back is fixed, my face is glowing & my feet are fabulous! Renee & her staff are amazing! Can't wait to see you all again.

I was snow stranded in Chicago today and found Renee's on spafinders. i had a Rose Manicure and Pedicure and a massage. They were excellent. Renata did the mani and pedi, which was relaxing and just what I needed to get me out of the winter mood. The massage ( I had not scheduled), but they were willing to fit me in, was one of the best I've ever had. They are located right on Michigan Avenue. I would highly recommend and plan on going back.

I have gone to the name spas on Magnificent Mile and been horribly disappointed with my experience. There is nothing worse than going into a spa with the intention of getting some stress relief and having the atmosphere stress you out even more with too many customers and equally stressed out employees. Renee Day Spa was such a different experience for me. Quiet, relaxing, WONDERFUL service from everyone INCLUDING the owner. If you want to be pampered, go to this spa!!

Renee Day Spa is excellent in all aspects - manicures and pedicures are the best in the city, massages are stress relieving and relaxing, and facials keep me looking young! All of the staff are friendly and extremely professional, and the surroundings are extremely clean. I can't rave about this salon enough, as I've been to many over the years and am happiest at Renee.

Renee's is an intimate spa with super facilities! The facials are the best but all other services are thorough and quality. Great massage! Enjoy!
