About Bodycentre Day Spa Lake Forest
BodyCentre has been in the spa business for more than 15 years and strives to provide clients with an affordable spa experience. The 1,800-square-foot spa has shower facilities and eight treatment rooms with an upscale design aesthetic meant to invite the mind, body, and spirit into another place where healing can begin. Earth tones, green, and dark woods decorate the facility with music adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Offerings include more than 12 massage modalities, body treatments, cellulite treatments, colon hydrotherapy, facials including Eminence Organic options, permanent makeup, Epicurean Classic Waxing, and tinting as well as acupuncture and nutrition services. Body Centre's Signature Massage utilizes Swedish techniques with concentrated back treatments. The spa also hosts events such as wedding parties, bachelorette parties, and birthday parties.

I went here because it was close to my house, and got a massage. The massage was average. My tension are problems are more in my upper back, shoulders, and neck and mentioned this during the beginning of the massage, though she didn't concentrate on these areas. Also, I need a deeper massage, and it was more medium light pressure. I will not go back there again for a massage.

I first tried this day spa because it is close to home for me. Now the reason I keep going back is because of the great atmosphere and the great service I get from Spela. She is an extremely experienced professional, pleasant and always makes me feel very comfortable. The spa itself is very clean and well run. I can always get the appointment time I need. I highly recommend the spa, the services and Spela to anyone looking for a great day spa with variety in services.

My son gave me a facial gift certificate as a birthday gift. I have never had facial in my life before so I was very nervous about it. I called Bodycentre in Lake Forest and they were able to book me on the spot. I had spa facial with Spella who is great. She made me very comfortable and explained every step of the facial and products she was using. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She even left a bottle of water and a chocholate after my facial for me. What a thoughtful gesture. I definitely want to come back and try all different facials she does. Trully an outstanding experience.

I absolutley love my esthetician Jetzy. She has given me so much knowledge about skin care and has helped to transform my skin. I love getting the microdermabrasion wtih the oxygen facial. My face always feels like new after and the prices can not be beat!

I have been going to the Bodycentre day spa for my Brazilian bikini wax for years. Spela is just simply the best. Hygienic, efficient, fast and very detailed. She is always very accommodating because I am last minute type of a person and that is very important to me. I highly recommend her.

I went here with my SpaFinder Gift Card and thought I was going to get a great Value but I was wrong. I had a room right next the men's and woman's restroon of Corner Bakery which is next to the Spa along with another adjacent restaurant. The whole time all I could hear was toilets, people drying thier hands, voices and other things you would not want to hear. On top of that my room lights were not at all dimmed and my massuese had sand paper hands. When I looked down through the face holder I could see the massuese old raggedy dirty shoes. The massage was not that great. When I called to speak to the manager the receptionist said she won't return my call unless I give a specific reason. I had to write their main office before just so I could talk to the manager. She called back the next day and refunded me partially my gift card minus the fees. Save your money and go somewhere else.

All I can say is WOW! The therapist is highly requested, very professional and ALWAYS dresses professionally. You were treated great, we responded with an immediate telephone call and were quick to return money to your credit card even though you paid with a Spa Finder Gift Certificate. Your lack of fairness to the therapist, the complaint, the spa manager reassure us that some clients are just not meant to be happy. We treat every client with respect, love and give the attention to detail that is why we have been in business since 1994.

I went to Bodycentre Day Spa to have my bikini waxed. I was very nervous about my first experience, but the esthetician Spela was amazing. She is fast, made me feel very comfortable. She made me take my mind away by talking. I highly recommend her and I will always get waxed by her.
