I celebrated the new year at TriHealth Pavilion and Spa with a facial and an aromatherapy consult. Both services were performed professionally, with great attention to detail.My favorite was the aromatherapy consultation. We reviewed my heatlh issues and what I was looking for out of aromatherapy. We then sampled different notes and developed a blend to my liking. I went home with a sample bottle that my massage therapist used on me for nearly a year.Great experience!
Service was grand. I have gone back many times. I had Pam and Sharon at different times they have such wonderful personalities, and very helpful for my skin. The atmosphere of purple was so relaxing and comfortable. I had a treatment downstairs once - this not as comfortable or inviting - I felt I was in a closet. For the price I was paying I liked the upstairs area better. The Staff is a great asset to your Spa. I got to met the manager, Barb - she is very pleasant and was concerned that I had a great time. Yes I would visit again and with friends.Thank you so much for a great and relaxing place to enjoy have healthy skin.
I love how this place actually has a range of full spa amenities unlike most of the other places listed in the area. I had a swedish massage with Mary and she was very nurturing and attentive. Looking forward to coming back!
