I have been to a ton of salon and spas in south florida...i can tell you that my experience here was on of the best.. Mai,the girl who did my facial was amazing. she gave me one of the best facials i ever had. I also was recommened by a friend of mine to try sebastian for my hair.... I wanted a change and got a color and haircut... I looked amazing. would highly recomend this spa

I'm a very picky person. I demand the best for my money (former New-Yorker :)). So I tried a lot of different places to get my bikini wax right. And finally I found it at Alesandra! My service provider was Jenya. It was fast, clean and as painless as this type of service could be. Very happy! Coming back for sure!

I THOUGHT EVERYONE AT THE ALESANDRA'S WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE. THEY OFFER MANY SERVICES AND I WAS GIVEN A TOUR OF THE SPA AS IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE. I HAD VERY LONG STRAIGHT HAIR AND WANTED IT SHORTER ON THE SIDES WITH A FEW LONG LAYERS. MY CUT WAS DONE BY SEBASTIAN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM. ONE SIDE OF MY HAIR LOOKS LIKE A WEED WACKER GOT TO IT AND THE SIDES DO NOT MATCH. THEY OFFERED ME A FREE HAIRCUT BUT WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Alesandra Spa and Salon is beautiful. I love the location, great for going to the spa with a friend then out to lunch after. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are! I would definatly recommend this salon!

I had to put a review in here for this Salon. I have been going to Gerald to get my hair done for five years. He is amazing!!! He is an artist and I always leave feeling beautiful and happy! The staff there is all very nice. I made the mistake of going to Heavenly Day Spa in Boynton Beach to treat my sister for a "Bride-To-Be" Spa day. It was the worst experience ever!!! I regret it and will never stray from Alesadra's again!!!!

After years of living in South Florida and receiving disappointing services at a variety of salons and spas, I have finally found one that is exceptional and professional - I have visited Alesandra on several occasions, for a variety of services, and I am consistently impressed!

I chose the "Renew Your Inner Spirit" Spa Package and have never enjoyed a Spa more. My exfoliating Scrub and massage were done with excellence and the facial was the most relaxing treatment I have ever had. The french pedicure looks beautiful. Everyone was willing to please and friendly. They even gave me a complimentary shampoo and blow-dry. I can't wait to go back!!!

I recently visited Alesandra Salon and Spa for the first time and I must say I was rather impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The staff welcomed me right away and offered me a beverage of my choice. My spa experience was AMAZING!! I have been to spas all over the country and this by far was the best experience ever. My massage therapist, Kai Trento was the most professional therapist I ever had, and the best massage I have had as well. I was so impressed with the massage, I also booked a facial with her. Her facial was equally as impressive!!! I will definitely be back for I am hooked.

I have been very pleasantly surprised by my visits to Spa Alesandra. I expected a busy salon and standard service but my expectations were by far exceeded! Every employee no matter what service they offer, is pleasant & professional. For me, this is a one stop "look no further" salon & spa. Be prepared to be "blown away" .

I was given a Spafinder certificate a year ago and didn't know where to go to use it. I finally decided on Alesandra Salon & Spa in Boynton Beach. Upon entering I was greeted by an unfriendly, snobbish woman who I was not happy with. Eventually, I was taken back and shown where to go to change and introduced to Mai. I was given a clean robe in a gorgeous quiet environment and I was treated very well. by Mai. Mai did my 1/2 hr. facial and I enjoyed it immensely. If I had known it was so wonderful I would have scheduled one hour. I changed into my street clothing then and Dustin met me at the front counter. Dustin washed my hair and I was thrilled that he didn't get water into my allergic ears. Then he proceeded to cut my hair and I'm not sure yet if I can handle his cut which he did with both scissors and razor. I love the length but my hair still hasn't become accustomed as to where it should go. Upon leaving I was greeted by a lovely dark little woman who was friendly and gave me information and told me to fill out the review. The Salon is upscale and gorgeous and I can't wait to go back.

A snowbird from Canada found the perfect spa!! I had some of the best therapeudic massages ever. Kaï Trento, my masseuse , is knowledgeable in various techniques and very competent. I had suffered a severe trauma to my right hand. My doctor was considering a surgical procedure to eliminate the stiffness. Kaï knew exactly how to treat my hand. After only a few sessions of very specific manipulations and a bit of a painful hand massage my fingers are much more flexible. Kaï proved to be most professional and very efficient. I recommend you try her Perfect Balance massage. It is heavenly!!

All it took was going once to this salon and spa and I was hooked. From the moment you walk in they have the most amazing staff to take care of you and walk you through your experience and the best part is that all of their staff is talented. I have never once used the same person and I have always left with amazing results!

I LOVE the hair salon service and the massage therapy. I received a lot of compliment every time I had a hair cut or a hair color from it. The massage was also incredible! Try the Thai Massage! =) However, the facial service was HORRIBLE. I had microdermabarasion twice and the second time my face had at least 6 burned looking scars. The esthetician knew that my wedding was going to be in 2 weeks and she didn't take extra precaution. The next day I went back to the salon and she refused to let me talked to the owner/manager. Instead, she sent in another esthetician and that person recommended me to buy some other products! She didn't offer any apology and kept saying that this is normal reaction!!! I had to see a dermatologist after that and the doctor said this was not a "normal" reaction. The microdermabarasion that I had was too strong on my face. I had some scars during my wedding but luckily my makeup artist did a great job in covering them. I still go to the salon for a hair cut and hair coloring. But, i will never go back to the salon because of the after service that I received from them.

I went in too this new plaza on my way to the bank & saw a new Salon called Alesandra Salon & Spa went in to this chic new upscale shop. it was lovely & the staff so accomadating & pleasant I felt so at ease. well before I knew it I met this Charming young man by the name of Richard Who was so nice he sat me down in his chair & offreed me some wine & cheese & crackers &we discussed my Hair. & ive gone to another salon for years now this guy Richard told me new ways to Highlite & lowlite my color & gave me one of the best Trims he referred to it as dusting my ends. well I finally found my Colorist & hairstylist in one shop I was so pleased with this Salon & with my new Stylist Richard Try this place & try Richard

I received a gift certificate for a Spa Visit and decided to try Alessandra spa. What a great decision! The massage therapist had magical hands and relaxed my tensed body so that I almost fell asleep. Now that's a great massage. Thanks for providing such great service.

I spent a Saturday at this cool spa and if I could do it every weekend I would. My husband bought me a custom package that had EVRYTHING! The people that greeted me were very nice and down to earth for such an upscale place. I had a hot stone massage and a hot stone pedicure manicure combination. Then after I consulted with one of their skin care people and she recommended a microdermabrasion facial. It was so cool. My skin felt so fresh and even my kids said I looked younger and fresher. Then they shampooed my hair in these massage chairs and put my feet up ! I got a trim and a blow dry and my hair was so shiny. I love it here! I hope he gets me this for Valentines!

This spa was everything I expected and more. From the decor, to the staff...everyone made me very comfortable. I received a massage and pedicure. I would def. go back!
