Metamorphosis Salon and Spa

I went on May 7, 2011 around 3pm with my mother as a mother's day present. It was my first time going there and will definately be my last time as well. The service was proveded to us in hall way.The Chinese lady who said she is half owner was extremely rude. I was told to soak my feet in the water until she was done painting my mother’s nails; which I was left for about 15-20minutes. Our nails were painted poorly. I would have done a better job painting it at home that going to that spa. She was rushing us off and did not even allow time until our hands and feet were dry. We had a horrible experience!! We would NEVER go back in there and would NOT recommend it to anyone that I know.

This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. It was very relaxing and the staff was nice and very knowledgable and the establishment was very clean and the atmoshphere was very cool and calming. Everything was just right including the prices. This is worth your drive if it is out of your neighborhood.

This has been the best & most comforting place I've been to, but what's up w/ those non-sense complaints? No way this spa's staffs would do so as far as I've seen for the past 2years. They are great professionals, made me look so confident & even my anal picky boy friend is happy about my services. GREAT SERVICES & I always thank you guys so much, Christopher's staffs!!!

WOW! I went to check out this place on 5/7/10 @ about 6:30 pm. Well when my sister and I walked up to the door we did a double take. They were really selling salon equipment in front of the spa. Is that ghetto or what? When we went inside to inquire about the services, the woman at the front, who was sitting on a bench across the room, didn't even get up. She was sooo entertained by the T.V. and her funky doritos. She asked while she was still sitting down, "Can I help you?" I almost wanted to say no. We told her that we wanted to inquire about services. She stood up and said "here is a brochure". She was not friendly and never even asked what we were interested in. I would not go back there even if I wanted to buy the salon equipment. LOL

I recently had a spa service there. The service that I received was a body treatment. The esthetician didnt introduce herself, I didnt know who was suppose to give me this service. They left me in the steam room for over an hour. It was suppose to be a relaxing experience, but instead I was uncomfortable, feeling a sense of abandonment. The owner of the spa, double booked me and had the nerve to agrue with me. One of the estheticans there could speak clear english, so when I kept asking questions, she literally got mad and walked off. The customer service there is HORRIBLE, the service there is HORRIBLE. I will never return there and will not refer anyone else there again.

This place is horrible. They pierced my tragus on my ear with a piercing gun and a normal ear ring.. that is now extremely infected and I can not get it out. She also tried to say she could pierce eyeliner and nose and lip with a piercing gun? Also gave me and my friend an eyebrow wax which rashed up and the whole time she was talking about how horrible my skin looked! NEVER GOING BACK.

The first time I had ever visited the salon and spa it was called Den's Day Spa. The people that worked there were so nice and considerate. The first time I went my daughter and I had got our hair shampooed,cut and styled. I even got my eyebrows waxed for the first time ever. The price and service was unbelievable,I was shocked. Then when they moved I took my daughter there to get her hair cut again,and she loved it. The woman who did her hair did an excellent job. I just received a gift certificate for Christmas so this will be like my 3rd time going here. I'm getting my hair cut and styled and also getting my eyebrows waxed. I'm sure they will do a great or at least an excellent job. I'll update my review when I return home to let everyone know what kind of job they did. I read some of the other reviews that I didn't agree with,but if they mess up this will be the last time I'll be going there myself. So until I return I''ll let everyone know how it went.

I went to Christophers for the first time to get a facial. The staff was very freindly and kind and show me where I need to go. The spa was beautiful and very clean. I decide to upgrade my facial to the Diamond and Pearl mask after my tec. Debbie explain the pearl to me. It's made out of pearls. So wonderful and I will go back.

I've been an addict for spa services since I met my husband in 1991 and this place is my favorite! I love the service quality and most staffs. I've been to lots of different spas in MD & VA, this is simply fabulous & has become my favorite. Thank you guys soooo much for great services!
