very good customer service at the front desk, cute place and not so good service. my pedicure was ok, she did not paint may whole toe nail. i was wondering why my nails looked so small when i looked at them when they were finished. she did not check my feet for rough spots, just exfoliated my heal and i have pretty soft feet. she could have checked the surface by my akle bone that needed a little attention. hair was left were it should not have been for waxing. I was not impressed. I have had better. Only go and try the spa if there is a half off deal or something to test it out.

Cute spa but had a bad experience there. Wanted to get away and relax but it was impossible there. Lower level was freezing cold and upstairs was boiling hot. As I was waiting, a kid kept bothering me and I couldn't read a magazine. I have a child myself so I really needed to unwind. The mother was getting spa treatments and left the child to bother the clients. The staff said nothing to stop it. That was just a few things that were disappointing. Not to mention the manicurist daughter was sitting at the table talking and even nicked my nail polish. Very unprofessional and would never go there again.

have now been to this spa 4-5 times and love it every time. staff is so friendly and helpful. quainte setting in historic olmsted falls makes it feel very cozy.

I've been to this spa on several occasions. It's in an old home that's been converted as part of the area's Grand Pacific Railroad attraction (the old jailhouse is now a honey store, the old stable is now a cute tea room, etc.). It is quite small, but it's very professional and relaxing. It's such a neat experience- I highly recommend it. I've received 2 massages there, with 2 different people, and they have both been wonderful. Plus there's an option of renting out the facilities- something I still want to do. Cute, fun, and fabulous!

My mom and I visited to have a massage and facial. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Very cozy and relaxing! Their specials are great - be sure to visit their website to see. I am overly satisfied with my experience and will definately be returning! We enjoyed it so much we hope to plan a "girls weekend" soon with friends/family!

Warm feelings envelope you as you walk into the Tuscan spa! The services were fabulous~the divine getaway was tops and the staff went beyond my expectations to make me feel pampered and truly relaxed!
