Decent facial, hated the sales push though....

OK, I know it's standard practice for them to try and sell you products used during your facial, but I find it offensive and annoying. The actual facial itself was good, my skin glowed for days afterwards, so I would still recommend this spa to a friend - a friend with ear plugs!

We don't sell any products at our spa so either you have mistaken our spa with another or your confused about where you where when you were given a "sales Pitch" which I agree is irritating and is one of the reasons why we do not sell products.

This was my 1st ever facial so I don't really have much to compare the service to. I have however been to nice spa's for massage's and such. This spa was okay, the facility was dated, including an older building. The facial itself was okay, I guess not really what i expected, but relaxing & peaceful. There were not many choices in my area of places to use this gift card that I had, so I choose this one based on the previous review. I think the whole experience was okay, but not as wonderful as the review prior to mine might have you think. Good value for the money, peaceful, could really use some modernizing.

The building is dated I agree but unfortunately I do not own the buiding but the landlord is good about up keep. But inside we have up to date products, spa equipment, ect. I will try to get pictures of our reception room & treatment rooms which we really think are lovely. I am so sorry your first facial wasn'[t what you expected as we really want our clients to feel they have been truely pampered.

I loved the cozy feel of this spa, the therapists were so freindly and I had the best Massage ever!! Kay was by far the best massage therapist. Next time we vacation in Panama City, I am definately going back!! I highly recomend this spa.
