Excellent place to go for a day away from the stress.
This is the first place that have made me feel special.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place for a day away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
It is a sanctuary from stress.

Had a wonderful massage and pedicure today. I enjoy the staff at Progressions and the warm, friendly atmosphere. It is a very inviting place. My hairdresser, Jennifer, is a pro! I enjoy every visit!

I am so happy with my new hair style and the color is wonderful. They took the time to help me find just the right look for me and helped to decide on my first ever color. They use only the best products, my hair has never looked this good. While my hair was being dried she showed me how to do it myself so that I will be comfortable doing my own hair. I loved the front area, there are some really unique items for sale. I would suggest Progressions Salon and Spa to everyone.

Atmosphere at Progressions could be described as either cozy or crowded as it is located in a relatively small office in a business park. Once inside a treatment room, it was quite comfortable but there was not much of a waiting area and it was filled with merchandise. The massage was terrific, just the right amount of pressure and the technician was sensitive to response. The facial was fine but heat was almost uncomfortable at one point. The technicians did not explain much about why they were doing what they were doing or the products that they used - I would have appreciated a bit more of that. Altogether though, It was a relaxing experience and my back was the better for it!

I have had several massage therapy sessions in the past 5 years to combat migraine headaches and lower back pain. I tried Progressions Salon and Spa because they are close to my home and I had spafinder.com gift certificates. I love the massage therapist there. She specializes in migraine massages! I went in with a migraine and left without one. I would definitely suggest to anyone I know to visit Progressions for a massage therapy session!!!
