At Serenity by the sea - the Spa at the Hilton Sandestin Beach, guests can renew body and spirit in an oasis that has been continuously awarded “Best Spa” by Emerald Coast Magazine. Highlights of the 11,000-square-foot spa and wellness facility include 16 treatment rooms, a Hilton Fitness by Precor-equipped fitness center, full-service salon, spa shop and portion-controlled cuisine. Separate private men’s and women’s lounge areas come complete with a sauna, steam room, cascading whirlpool, shower and a healthy selection of fresh juices and snacks.

Massage options include the customized Serenity, bamboo, and hot stone massages. Among the body treatments are the Mana’ia Body Buff, Detox Mud Therapy and the signature Fiji Ritual, an 80-minute treatment that begins with a deep pore-cleansing exfoliation, followed by a coconut milk drizzle and body wrap to seal in rich Fiji body butter and oil and concludes with a deep scalp massage. Skincare services include the Seawater Pearl Facial and Vitality of the Sea Facial. Serenity also features a salon for makeup, hair and nail services.

Activities at the Hilton Sandestin Beach run the gamut from pure relaxation to spirited adventure. Guests can use the two outdoor or one indoor swimming pools at their leisure, while exercise enthusiasts have their pick among a plethora of classes such as water aerobics, yoga, Pilates and Zumba at Serenity by the sea; personal training is also available.

Outdoor aficionados have their option of a match on one of the 15 tennis courts and a range of sea sports, including fresh- or saltwater fishing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing and boogie boarding. The centerpiece of the resort’s activities is its four championship golf courses: the Raven Golf Club, the Links Course, the Baytowne Golf Club and Burnt Pine Golf Club, which altogether boast an impressive 72 holes. Instructors are nearby to help golfers perfect their swing.
