Got a gift certificate and went to redeemed my services. Was greeted by the manager who was very friendly and informative. Was taken to have services performed by therapist who although her English was limited, she made up for it with her kindness and pampering. All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! So many good things under one roof. Plus they served complimentary juices & cookies and an aromatherapy neck warmer was placed on my shoulders to complete the relaxation process. Cant go wrong here cuz they treat you like a true VIP.

These people are thieves. I received a gift certificate and went to use it but had a balance left on the gift certificate. They gave me nothing I writing showing my balance or that it had to be used by a certain date. A month later I call to confirm the balance and was told I had $10 less than what it was suppose to be due to sales tax, FL does not charge sales tax on services. Supposedly the owner was going to call me but never did. When I called again after a few weeks I was given the correct balance but then told my certificate expired. Had the employee and owner not tried to steal $10 for sales tax I would have used prior to the expiration date they said it expired. Also you would think they would have told me when I was there I had to use it by a certain date. They are thieves trying to steal the working peoples money. Even the manicurist told me the owner steals from the employees telling them they charged less than they did to pay them less commission.

It is incredible to what lengths people will go to when all they really need to do is 'READ" the specifics on the certificate itself and schedule their appointment accordingly instead of worthless criticizing and false accusations. Even the certificate in question has nothing to do with SpaFinder or their website, since it was purchased online. It is simple, again, you need to "READ" and follow instructions. Times like these, really don't merit a response. Instead we give many thanks to our loyal clients that keep coming back for their much needed pampering from our caring and knowledgeable Team of Professionals. In this case, one bad apple definitely does not spoil the bunch.

This place was promising until we experienced their service. It was severely lacking. One goes to these types of places to relax, but this experience was anything but relaxing. These people were so unprofessional. In the end, I was embarrassed that I told my friends this place seemed good. Of the five of us, none had anything good to say. Their massaging was bad. Their manicures were bad. It seemed like a big waste of time and money. I thought this place would be good because of the other reviews I had read. Boy, was I wrong. Try at your own risk.

After a customer receives their scheduled services, they sit down on our comfy sofa to sip some green tea or assorted juices with cookies while listening to tranquil music. When they are ready to pay, they are asked if they were pleased with the services provided to see if we need to make any corrections for their next visit. If you are not pleased with the services we are providing, you can advise us during the first 15 minutes and you will recieve a full refund. Unfortunately, out of the 5 persons that visited, not one person voiced their disappointment, but yet they all had their entire service performed anyway. Our team of professionals always strives to excel in service, treatments and pampering our guests.

Bad Management/No proof of correct payment/No detail receipts/ Charges are added up in managers caculator and head!!

Today I visited the spa for the spa manicure and pedicure special. I was charged $81.70 for the service. The tip was 15% $9 and the manager charged me $12.70 in taxes. To my knowledge taxes are only 7%.The bill should have been $74.00. This isn't much but she charged 8 bucks over! When I asked for a detailed receipt she only came over to explain the amount but she could not explain the taxes. I used $50 in Spa Finder gift cards and $31.70 out of pocket. The owner figures out the totals with a calculator and with her head (can she do the math). She needs to be able to print out clients receipts. Also, I never saw the owner give the manicurist the tip! Then to add to my stress the place has no dryers for your nails.You need to sit by an old fan. I tried to dry them for more than 30 minutes. I felt sorry for manicurist because she repaired my finger nails more than 3 times. The manicurist did a great job with what she was working with. If you see my nails and toes you would say you paid $82.00 for that ! Trust me this place is not worth you time, money or even your energy. This owner has no class or customer service, and isn't trustworthy. Be safe a stay away!

When someone schedules an appointment with us, our policy is to advise them of the total cost of their requested services, to avoid any confusion. We then advise that if further clarity is needed, our website clearly indicates our prices. Once your services were performed, you requested an invoice which was gladly provided to you. You requested 3 coats of polish, which we tried to accommodate by explaining that since OPI polish has a thick consistency, 1 to 2 coats is recommended. Otherwise, it would take much longer for 3 coats of polish to dry, in addition to the base coat and top coat, resulting in the repair of your nails more than 3 times. We offerred to redo your manicure and pedicure possibly with another polish at no additional cost, and you agreed and scheduled your appointment for the following day at 10am and never showed up. We are confident that we did everything possible to accommodate you.

I really liked the massage that I got here and found that the therapist was professional and willing to adapt style to desired parameters. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. I would suggest that the spa change location to a more favourable area to round out a great experience.

I LOVE going to the spa and have tried many different ones in the Miami area. Hands down - this one is the best. Although not exactly as luxurious as some other spas, this spa offers a very cozy atmosphere. Where it really excels is in the service and staff - the staff and quality of services surpassed any other spa I've visited. The staff was unbelievably friendly and nice. The massage, facial, manicure and pedicure were all exceptional.

The massage left me like putty, my tension and stress disappeared thanks to Jessica's magic. The facial seemed to have pressed and ironed out my fine lines and wrinkles. Literally, I now had the skin of a 20 year old. Jessica has the hands of a Spa Goddess. Keep up the good work guys!

I went for a facial and the owner Marta offered me a warm neckwarmer and something to drink and a snack while I was waiting to have my facial massage.I had the most wonderfull facial massage by Rhonda very proffessional and very nice.I had the best facial massage I have ever had. My face felt renewed and relaxed when I finished. I left relaxed and renewed to start all over again! Try to make a little time for yourself you deserve it. The Staff is very poffessional and attentive. Will definitely go back again.

I went to the SPA for a facial and got so much more. I will definetly go back as soon as I can. Everyone is so attentive, the service is great. You will come out feeling so relaxed and peaceful and feeling very pampered. Rhonda is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. Her facial and massage was the best! It was a great experience. Loved It!

I went for a massage and the owner Marta greeted me very nicely. Then Aaron came to give me the massage, It was great I felt very relaxed when my massage was finished. I happen to come across this Spa by accident and was curious. I entered and was greated by the Owner, Marta, who was very personable and attentive. She informed me of the services, packages and pricing, as she offered me something to drink and snack on. By this time, I was impressed. As she placed an herbal neck warmer around my neck, I felt myself sinking into relaxation. I decided then and there, it was time for me to get pampered. I purchased a package consisting of a massage, facial and mani and the transformation began. I was wisked away to begin my transformation. Each therapist that attended me was move loving, caring and informative than the 1st. I felt like I was on top of the world. Once I was done with the pampering, I relaxed on the comfy sofa as I absorbed the ambiance for a little while longer. THIS IS DEFINITELY WHAT A LITTLE PLACE IN HEAVEN MUST FEEL LIKE. Try it for yourself and see!
