Extremely poor customer service and mediocre massage. There is a reason why you can make an appointment on the exact day and time you specifiy (low demand!). The massage itself was almost relaxing, but it wasn't enough pressure at all (too soft and more like gentle strokes) for what I needed. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. There was a flyer on the reception desk saying that Spa Bella accepted SpaFinder certificates. I found a deal on Yelp.com offering 50% off an hour massage. I presented this coupon before the service while I was making the appointment, and they said it was fine and that I would be getting the 50% off. They refused to accept my SpaFinder certificates. Whatever exceptions to their policy are not explicit or stated anywhere on their website or in the reception area.

Many qauilty Modalities.Great Location in the Holiday Inn. Even Have Option To use Pool An Hot tub before an after the massage. They offer Facials,waxing and eye lash extentions also. Perfect for a party of friends for summer fun!!:)
