I liked the atmosphere here. You would also feel like you were in Hawaii. I had a scrub and I loved how I was washed off as opposed to having to shower as is the case in many spas. The esthetician that assisted me was top notch as well. I would highly recommend this place.

When I come here, I actually feel like I'm lounging IN Maui! Lots of bamboo and tropical fragrances make you feel like you're on vacation-even if it's for the few hours or whatever that you're there for. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful place with a tropical Hawaiian feel. The all natural pedicures are great. The owner buys fresh honey form a bee keeper. I especially love the reflexology treatments that I have had with Jo Lynn. She is terrific.

I am a repeat customer and of all the local spas this area this is by far my favorite. While you're there you really feel like your totally away from it all. The ambiance of the spa is lush and tropical- just beautiful. From the crystal waterfall when you walk in to the star filled night sky in the waiting room. It takes you away. I love their Hana Hydrotherapy Room which offers private copper soaking tubs, wet tables for exfoliating body treatments, swiss showers, steam room, sauna and a cold plunge pool. It's a great experience. The only I thing they could improve is their looker room. It feels out-dated compared to their modern spa.

My experience at the Maui was very relaxing. The atmosphere is very Zen and calming and the staff is very friendly and always smiling. I wish I had the hana room in my house! The showers, sauna, and steam room were excellent and I love the candles and bamboo everywhere. They even offer Mango Mimosas! Yum! I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway with a vacation feel right in Boca Raton.

I just returned from having a facial. I tried the spa because it was local. The esthetician, Maria, was absolutely excellent. I was just not overall impressed with the spa. The girl at the front desk when checking out was not friendly or smiling at all. Not a good feeling after just spending alot of money. The Hana room with the showers, sauna and steam room should be free, not an extra expense. I only wanted to use the sauna and steam room for 10 minutes, ended up costing additional. I feel the patrons should have more of a run of the environment rather than being rushed through the process. I would have liked to use the sauna and steam room again after the servce. The attendant for the Hana room was very nice, I just felt rushed. I didn't care for the whole atmosphere. I may return for Maria's facial only. Otherwise, I will be driving back to Plantation for future spa treatments.

MUST MUST request Jo, she knows exactly what you need and how to help you deflate. The best atmostphere, a sense of peace the minute you walk in and the best experience!!! I will definately go back! Jo's technique, wisdom, skills and strength are amazing. I have had too many massages in the past (no-one compares!!!!!) both therapeutic and relaxing but her intuition seem to know what is needed and where at the right times! IT'S a MUST!!!!!

My finacee and I had a wonderful experience at the Maui Spa. We did the Hana Experience, and it is soooo cool. It's a great way to start of the time at the spa. It relaxes your muscles prior to the massage. As well, I had Jo give me my massage and she is great. She applies the perfect level of pressure and you can tell that she is very experienced. I fell into a state of complete relaxation. She is very attentive to the client. We will definitely come back to visit again!! -Troy

The massage I had was the worst I had ever had! The guys hands were like sand paper & he was not experienced at all. When I asked him what he did really for a living he told me he was a drummer in a band I told him dont quit your not good at massaging. After my massage I went to take a shower and the electric went out in the building. The owner of the spa walked me across the parking lot to another building so that I could blow dry my hair in their lobby! After complaining to her about my message and then the electric going out she didnt even offer to discount my services. What a shame because the atmosphere was nice but, I will never go back there, thats for sure.

I love this place. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Try the Hana it is a great experience. Very clean lockers and showers. Will definately will be going back.

I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this place. The front desk girls are very friendly, and everyone who works there makes you feel so welcome. I got there and they gave me a foot soak with some tea in an awesome room with twinkling lights. I only had one service, a facial, which was totally relaxing - you MUST get one. I am so going back for more, especially to try their Hana Room. I felt so good when I left - I am DEFINITELY coming back!

I have visited almost every high end spa in Broward County and some in PBC and I was really impressed with this spa for a few reasons. I love the quiet atmosphere of the spa and the decor. The Hanna room is just beautiful! I got a facial and massage and both were great. They have a nice rooftop deck to have lunch or just relax. And Tues - Saturday Barabara the Tea Lady is there. She prepares a small lunch menu every day, all homemade. She makes the most amazing green tea cookies and to die for banana cake with all organic ingrediants. And her teas are WOW. I'm not much of a tea person and I couldn't resist purchasing some of her delicions teas. I will definitely go back to this spa. The service was perfect, people were so friendly, the rooms and locker areas were extremely clean and well done. They are even open to the general public w/o spa appts if you want to stop by for tea or lunch on the rooftop. I'm not one to write a review but I was so impressed with this relatively new spa (only a year old) that I wanted to spread the word. I plan on going back again and again and already purchased some gift certificates for holiday presents.

We visited The Maui Spa & Wellness Center this week and feel in love with their amazing Hana hydrotherapy room. It's this incredible room that offers all different types of unique hydrotherapy treatments like copper bath tubs, swiss showers, aromatherapy steam etc.. I would recommend it to anyone to try- just by itself or definitely before a massage. I especially loved their incredible deluge shower which mimics the feeling of a waterfall running down your back-you'll be addicted once you try it once!

What a terrific, relaxing spa. I spent the entire day being pampered. A fantastic lunch was served on the roof, under a shady umbrella. The massage was the best I've had. I'll definitely be returning soon!

What a release! I went in for a lomi lomi massage, body scrub and Hana room experience and had an amazing time! I’ve had many massages – and none have compared to the strength, precise movement and positive energy I received at The Maui. I will without doubt return to the spa.

I had the most amazing, rejuvenating spa experience at The Maui. The Hana Room is so unique and totally relaxed me for my treatments to come. I started with the signature honey body scrub. After exfoliation, honey is applied all over the body and you then finish in the aromotherapy steam room; the honey completely absorbed into my skin! The signature massage is heavenly and relaxing. I felt like a new person...can't wait to be back in 'Maui'!

I recently went with my wife to the Maui Spa & Wellness Center for a 110 minute couples massage and hana room therapy (highly recommended!!) which was both relaxing, refreshing, and luxurious. I would recommend these treatments for anyone looking for a day to unwind and replenish their mind and body in a clean upscale and friendly atmosphere.

For men that want a deep effective massage, I had the best massage of my life at the Maui Spa. I had soreness and muscle problems I did not realize I had, until I received a massage from a professional. My range of motion and general overall feeling of wellness was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

From the moment I entered the Maui theme spa I was captured by the visuals, fragrances and sounds. I knew it was just going to get better from there. A short elevator ride to the private 2nd floor reception area started my complete experience. I will return again and again. The roof garden area is a nice touch. Private and yet totally outside in the warm sunshine.
