A smaller spa that doesn't make you feel like you are just a name in the appointment book. They greet you with, "Are you our new guest." On arrival you don't sit in the standard waiting room. You are offered a vibrating chair massage while you wait for your service.
Wait time is very low, you never feel rushed, even when someone is waiting for your attendant. On departure you are offered a list of next week's specials and they do offer some great incentives to come back. When I left I was ready to book next week's service.
