Burned and Scarred
I received services by Tiffani Kim Institute last week Tuesday for a 10:15 appointment. The technician burned and scarred me within 5 minutes...I hollered she stop immediately went back the machine turned the machine down , said the machine was at it's normal rate or level even though I heard her turn the machine down. I was burned and scarred and no one wants to refund my money back. I left plenty of messages no one is taking my calls I was told I would receive the refund now I'm getting the run around. I sent pictures. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This really hurts me. If you are considering doing business with Tiffani Kim Institute Buyers Beware!

Try the October Scrub & Massage Special, whew!
It was a new experience for me, but i loved it. Would do it all over all again if the special comes around.

They keep me coming Back with the 50% off massages
This Spa has specials all the time, I love it. The treatements are usually pretty decent each time i go back, I mean you can't beat it 50% off any massage........... see ya! at TKI

Best Laser Sevice I've had.
Completely happy with the Laser Hair removal service I received. I am extremely picky about where I go for services and it has taken a long time for me to feel completely satisfied with both the service and the care of the staff. The room was clean, bright, and beautiful. I could tell I was in good hands with the attention to detail which was given to every room I stepped in. So happy to have finally found a home MedSpa for laser services!

Great first facial
Since I'm a facial newbie, decided to opt for one during wellness week - CC was amazing. Great atmosphere during the facial. Special bonus - 2 for 1 Latisse available.

They had an excellent spa special that i could not pass up, i even brought 3 more friends with me. Now i wish they did have a referral program then i would get lots of points. This massage i got was how i wanted it to turn out. The price was right and i walked out of there feeling like i was floating on air. Once i start my program and search for the BEST spa in America TKI will be on the list.

Excellent spa service, disappointing follow up customer service
Be aware of cost when booking your spa service. I was quoted one price over the phone but was actually charged higher when I checked out. I was told to call the next day to speak to one of the managers. The Spa Manager was not able to honor the price that I was quoted and told me another person will have to call me back. However, it's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a call back. I am left feeling that I am not important enough of a first time customer to receive a follow up call. Unfortunately, although the deep stone massage given by Katie and Ed was excellent, I probably would not return because of their poor follow up service. Disappointed.

interesting spa. the parking i was not happy about but i suppose it was worth it. I wasn't too fond of the massage room but the experience was pretty good. i would recommend it, which i already have.

In efforts to escape my hectic work week I treated myself to a massage. I was greeted by the manager by being told that I was late for my 90 min. service. When I stated that my appointment was clearly booked incorrectly, I given the attitude of a nasty argumentative teenager. I tried to get over it and enjoy my massage but the therapist immediately stated that she didn't have time for my 90 mins scheduled. Nothing was offered by the spa to make up for their mistake. The retail products were filthy and over priced. Needless to say I left feeling worse than I'd came in and $100 bucks in the hole.

Tiffany Kim is wonderful. Victoria Robb is by far the best Masseuse I have ever had. Victoria is magnificently strong if you need deep tissue, and gentle if you want Prenatal Massage (her specialty). Located in the heart of Chicago.

This spa was a wonderful and relaxing getaway for me and my friends. We each received individual treatments which we all loved. I had the hour and a half massage with Ann Marie and she did a fantastic job. The atmosphere was inviting, tranquil and relaxing. The relaxation room, where you can go before and after your treatments, was beautiful and comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful. If I ever go back to Chicago I will visit again.
