A Spa Day to Remember
My friend gave me a very generous spafinder gift certificate so I was able to use it on a Massage, Facial, Pedicure, Shellac Manicure, Hairstyle and Makeup. I spent the day at Reflections and it was perfect! The massage and facial were in a separate area that was nice and quiet. No noisy blow dryers in the background. Nicole did a fantastic job on my massage and Chelsea did wonderful on my facial and make up. Jacinda did an awesome job on my Shellac Manicure and spa pedicure. She even gave me a bagel and cream cheese during this time and a bottle of water. Taylor shampooed and styled my hair and when I left I felt and looked fantastic. Everything went smoothly and there was minimal waiting between my services. The bathrooms were clean and everything in the salon was tidy, my only "issue" which is me being picky, is that I hate it when things are dusty and the retail shelves were dusty. I would recommend this salon to anyone and hope to visit again!

Bad nail service.
I was given a spa finder card from my husband, this salon was close to home and I decided to get my nails done here. I called and made the appt. 20 minutes before my appt. I was called to let me know that the nail tech was out sick. So i had to reschedule. Rescheduled and then got a call that the nail person was ALLERGIC to acrylic.. So had to make another appt with another person. Went and got my nails done finally. She was very friendly, but that is all i can say. I asked about some kinds of discount or something to compensate me for the inconvienence of being rescheduled and they said WE DO NOT DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT. The nail could not get the nail tips to stick on my real nails. The acrylic is so THIN that the nails are just busting left and right. Its almost like there is only a tip on there. WAS NOT WORTH THE $60 THEY CHARGED.

I had a problem at the Reflections Salon and wrote a review under the name "OVERBOOKED". I recieved a call from the owner of Reflections and after our talk I am going to go back to the salon.I must say this is the first salon that ever reached out to me and made things right. I must applaud Cathy the owner of Reflections. Thank You

I have been going to Reflections for a year. My visits started off good but the more visits I had the more things went downhill. My last visit the hair dresser was overbooked and the the color was left on my hair too long and instead of blonde my hair came out white( NOT HAPPY) . So to make a long story short I will not be returing. Also for what you get the salon is way OVERPRICED!!

Convenient, Attractive, Excellent Service
I have been going to the salon for a year for haircuts and styling and am very pleased with my stylist. She pays attention to detail and has been excellent about recommending styles for my very fine hair. The staff is very pleasant also.

Excellent Salon with fantastic staff
I am a frequent client at Reflections and have had nothing but excellent service from very friendly,professional and experienced staff. I go to this salon for many different services and am never disappointed. The reception staff is welcoming and accomodating with my need for flexible scheduling. I have recommended several people including a wedding party who all enjoy going to Reflections . Give it a try....you won't be disappointed either.

My Day at the Spa
This was my first visit to the salon and the ladies at Reflections were all very cordial. I was offered coffee as I entered the building. The reception staff was very friendly. The stylists were all helpful in creating my new look (which I absolutely love ! ) I will definetely be visiting again very soon. I have scheduled several visits for various services and cannot wait for my next experience with the ladies at Reflections!! Thanks Ladies!!

Bad customer service
I had my hair cut and colored at Reflections and it was a terrible experience. My stylist misplaced my highlights so I had black roots showing. To make matters worse, some of the highlights "bled" out to create yellow blobs instead of the traditional highlight lines. I looked like I had yellow polka dots in my hair. The stylist atempted to correct the issue with a toner, which did not work. The owner/manager was incredibly rude and informed me that if I did not want to wait a week to have the original stylist redo my hair, I would have to pay all over again to have another stylist correct the problems. Finally they agreed to have another stylist correct my hair but the owner once again took it upon herself to remind me that they were doing me a favor and that I would normally be charged. She never even apologized for the poor service. Worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this salon.
I am very sorry to hear that you left our salon unhappy. Mistakes happen from time to time and it is always our goal to make sure that every one of our clients leaves here looking and feeling great. It was my understanding that you left us happy, obviously this was not the case. Had we known we would have done whatever was necessary to rectify the situation.

Way to expensive for the experience
I got a mani/pedi done there recently and was not impressed. The tech seemed to be rushing and did not listen to my requests regarding nail length, shape, etc. For such a high price you should get a paraffin dip but that was not offered. Pedi was better but maybe that's because I can only see it from a distance!
We would love the chance to make this visit up to you by offering you a free pedicure with paraffin dip. We never want any client to leave feeling like they got anything but the best service for their money. We hope to see you soon!

Got my hair done by Lisa, and it looks amazing... I have black hair and got highlights and she made it look better then I could have asked for!! I even set up another visit with her.. Thanks Lisa!!!

The space is really nice, they need to up the customer service to match the beautiful building. Spa services were nice but I could hear the other parts of the salon. I would have liked a warm greeting and to been offered coffee or water when I came in. The service prices are on the upside and the building is beautiful. I expected to be impressed by the front desk staff. The spa girls were nice and had product knowledge. It's hard to say if I would visit again. I will not anytime soon, I may give it another shot in the future.
We totally understand the desire to relax in quiet when recieving your spa services. Our spa rooms have been sound proofed but unfortunately on very busy days (such as on the weekends) the noise level can be a little higher than usual. We invite you to try us again on a weekday and would love to offer you a complimentary manicure.

Great experience, will try again!
Got a gift card for Christmas. Hadn't ever tried this salon but I drive by every day. Got high light, a hair cut and a pedicure. Was super happy, every one was so nice. I love my hair!

Received an one hour massage. Arrived ten minutes to 9 am and spa was not open yet. Not greeted warmly when they did open. No water, coffee. Therapist was 20 minutes late and was never told she was running late. Offered no water after the massage. Not worth the money when there are so many other places that treated their customers the right way.
We are so sorry that your experience at our salon did not meet your expectations. We would love the chance to make it up to you with a complimentary massage if you would give us another try.
