Qui Si Bella, means beauty from within, and is the philosophy of this 4,300-square-foot facility. Decorated with flowers, mosaics, and waterfalls, there are ten treatment rooms, a private eucalyptus steam room, and hydrotherapy tubs. The spa offers facials, massage, nutrition counseling and supplements, hormone replacement therapy, acupuncture, permanent makeup, nail services, hair removal, wraps, scrubs, herbal baths, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Signature treatments include the Jade Eye Rejuvenation, created by proprietor Chrys Huynh, which includes relaxing on a soft bed, cucumbers on the eyes, hot stones, and jade rollers to refresh the eyes.Location

All spas relax you and make you physically feel wonderful. Where they differ is in the level of their customer service. Qui Si Bella has HORRIBLE customer service, RUDE staff, terrible phone etiquette. In a word, "UNPROFESSIONAL"
I bought a spa day for my wife as an anniversary present so she and her BFFs could all enjoy together. The only time all four of them could get together was after the Groupon coupons expired. Qui Si Bella extended the expiration date on ALL of the coupons EXCEPT my wife's. I spoke with Groupon and they said that the Spa is solely in charge of their coupon policy. I've called the Spa FIVE times and every time it's a different person, none of which will pass me on to the manager or owner or even tell me his or her name.
Like I wrote above "Horrible customer service. RUDE staff. Terrible phone etiquette. UNPROFESSIONAL"
I think it's time to file complaints with the Santa Barbara Better Business Bureau and the state department of consumer affairs. It might not accomplish anything but it's the only power we have.

I had twice back facial there, and after the treatment, it left several scars on my back.
I'm still trying to figure out this is a normal reaction or not..

My wife and I went for a couples massage and a pedicure! It was one of the best massages that we have had in a long time! The only down side was that in the mens changing room there was two locations that they were using for storage. All they need to do is organize a little bit and I would rate this place excellent all the way around. I was a bit hesitant because of the other reviews but it was a very nice experience!

My friend and I went while visiting Sanat Barbara and we were pleased with the service. Staff was experienced and spa was clean. We did not go into the bathroom so I can not confirm the one reviewer's comment about a dirty bathroom.
They accepted the spafinder gift certiifcates with no problem and even allowed us to use the certificates towards the tip which a lot of places do not allow.

I went to this spa due to a special they had advertised! Oh my god, was I in for a surprise. The bathroom was filthy and also used as a storage space. There was grime on the bathroom sink. Then my massage was in a room that had a loud noise coming from the laundry machine which management said couldn't be helped. I thought that maybe all the bad thus far would be turned around by a great massage!! Not my luck! The masseuse was the most in-experienced I've ever had! She had zero experience in her hands and It felt completely like the masseuse doing the massage, "uncomfortable". I was so unhappy I demanded my money to me reimbursed and I got it all back after pointing out all the problems with the facility and clearly describing the inadequacy of the masseuse. I am a licensed physical therapists for nearly 30years and know what a substandard massage is. This facility is definitely below standard in every way! Hopefully my constructive criticism to the owner has prompted her to make the upgrades that are necessary. I would not go here again!

I had the most wonderful experience at Qui Si Bella! This was by far the nicest spa I've been to, and I have visited quite a few spas, comparable to the Chumash Resort Spa, the Grand spa at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Of course the facility is beautiful and the amenities are amazing, but everyone is so nice, helpful, friendly and competent. My therapist was very professional, I enjoyed a wonderful body scrub and I am so polished! Next came a wonderful massage, my therapist did a fabulous job! I highly recommend your spa and will return with friends for sure!

I tried this place several times because it is in my neighborhood, they carry some of my skin care products and had some good specials. I had a great massage so I decided to go back even though the front desk was lacking in experience and courtesy. I had a gift certificate from my boss and had another massage, not as good as the first, but passable, then owner came in to do my facial and completely ignored my request to have a non chemical peel treatment. She tried to advise me into a more costly treatment that I told her repeatedly would damage my skin. She was clearly trying to upsell over my gift certificate. When I decided I didn't want to spend my gift certificate with a facial I didn't want, she told me I couldn't leave because I'd scheduled it. I tried to get my nails done instead, but she wouldn't have it. I told her I was uncomfortable and she wouldn't back down. I walked out and was glad I did. The place has become more and more tacky in appearance and I'm glad I never went back. There are too many good spas here.

This spa is pretty, nice ambiance, and a great variety of treatments. But the massage was aweful...I still tipped the massuese but was sad I wasted a spafinder gift card on this place.
