I had a horrible time trying to get my service provider to show up for my appointment! The first time I showed up, NO ONE WAS EVEN THERE! The door was locked and no one answered the phone. The second time I was rescheduled, it was supposed to be with the owner, Monica. She didnt show up and what's worse...her employee who did the spray tan on me was thirty minutes late. The girl who did the spray tan seemed to be drunk and messed it up, left my tan blotchy. I got a half assed apology and no discount at all. Don't go there, for a local business this spa seems not to care about their return clientele.

I went to spa Morrell to celebrate my friend's birthday. While my friend had an ok service, I had Monica as my therapist, she put a mask on my face and left the room. I was in the room with the mask on my face for almost 50 minutes!!! Monica who is an owner also, acted very arrogant towards me, did not apologize, just said that she had forgotten and acted like I should go to @ell and not bother her. My friends service was finished by that time. I did not want to go on with my facial, but they said I still had to pay!!!! I broke down in tears, nobody has ever treated me like that!!!! Do not go to the spa, save your money, there are plenty of other good places in town!

My girlfriends and I visited spa morrell and had a magnificant time. The staff was very kind and attentive to all our needs. In the Kings Room we were offered wine and hot tea. Ashley was our facialist she was great and very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. She helped us decided what type of facial we needed for our specific skin type. It was cleen and organized. I started relaxing as soon as I walked in. I would highly recomend Spa Morrell. It is a great thing to do on a snowy day
