There are five treatment rooms including a couple's treatment room and a tranquility room with antique furniture where guests can enjoy wine and chocolate by the faux fireplace. Couples will enjoy the candles, romantic music, and treatments such as the Forever Yours, the I Adore You, and My Sweet Love. Guests with a sweet tooth will love the spa's signature chocolate wraps. I would definitely recommend the Madison Spa to anyone seeking an upscale spa with great service and amenities. Good location, and easy to get to. Nice changing area.

I have been a client of this spa for a while now but being that I have said time and again they are a no frills spa I never thought to have a couples package here because as a couple the ambience is a necessity, but because I know their service here is top notch and cheap at that I just did it so that i secured my money would be well spent and as expected it was. my husband and I both enjoyed hot stone massages a body scrub on the table shower (which turns out to be additional massaging) and a facial and use of sauna (if we wanted i opted out not a fan) and champagne and tea in the tea room which we had all to ourselves since we were the last clients for the night. they had candles lit and all. I get impressed time after time with this place because they put the energy and money in to the things that count and the little they do have shines. bigger isnt always better. irina and her staff impressed me yet again. it was great. if ur looking for quality in ur service this is ur place. if u dnt mind chancing having a bad massage but a huge spa ambiance then better off elsewhere. my husband was happy an so was i. oh and all that for $350 total. a bargain compared to the $450 plus that others ask for just a couples facial and massage.

this spa has great prices because they spend less time on frills and more on the clients needs. I will always jump around for my massages, but as for a facial this is the only place I will ever go. My face comes out looking like that of a doll's by the time irina is finished with me. I was expecting to come out red faced the first time I went there and not at all. I looked great and I had not a drop of makeup on. This is the only place I will ever let touch my face for a loooong time to come. The massages there are fair priced as well however out of 5 massages I would say 2 of them were only OK while the others were good.

Never had better facial! Irina is a wonder woman! I'm 45 years old and had many facials, but none can even compare to the one I received at Madison-spa. What a treat! Will be back again soon. Love this place.

I hafe never felt compelled to write a review until now.I received agift certificate for Forever Yours Couples Package .I cannot describe my experience.Great massage.strong and gentle at the same time .My 5step rejuvenation facial were incredible.I"ve been to all kinds of places and Irina at Madison-spa is,by far, the best aesthetician. My skin is so much better and I feel wonderful about it. I very higly recommendet Madison-spa.

I went here last night. It is a very convenient location and pretty quiet for being in such a busy intersection. The place is nice and simple, nothing too ostentatious or high end. I got a hot stone massage (which I am usually not a big fan of but realliy l enjoyed it) I then got to spend some time in the infra - red sauna and just warm up for a bit more. After I went and had a lavender body scrob, they have one of those overhead shower contraptions with 8 jets, like laying down with a warm waterfall over you, very soothing..
Then I finished with a facial, they used all kinds of high tech equipment on me, everything from infusing my face with oxygen to a type of microdermabrasion (without the crystals) The highlight was definately the facial, my face looked quite radiant afterwards. It would have been nice if they incorporated some upper body massage but I guess I didn't sign up for that one.
Their prices are very low considering the location and the results that I got. You can go to fancier places but you will probably end up paying double so I think this spa has very good value and I definately plan on coming back.
