Last year I had called to take advantage of a 1st time massage promotion. I asked for available times and selected 1:00 because that would insure my return home in time to meet the school bus return trip with the kids. I waited until 1:30 and asked how much more of a delay. they said 15 min. at 1:45 another therapist agreed to take me. this is when the original therapist came out of her room and was annoyed and insisted she give me the massage as planned. I walked in to the room where she offered no apology just attitude and was told to disrobe and wait under the covers and she left the room. At 2:05 totally annoyed I decided to get dressed and leave. There was no way I would be able to meet the bus had I stayed (it was snowing heavily) plus I was too tense to enjoy a massage. At 2:10 she walked into the room chewing on food with a cup of coffee annoyed that I was dressed. She thought I was being unreasonable, afterall she" hadn't taken lunch" not once considering I was an hour and ten minutes past my appointment which hadn't even begun!!! They only offered to reschedule. Pass up on this place there are too many other competitors in the area that are egar to have your business. No pride in ownership, employees could care less.

I based my review on a few years of massages at this location. I preferred certain therapists more than others, which is why I didn't give this spa a perfect score. For example, massage therapists Dawn and Lisa have both been there for years. They provide "5-star" experiences. Dawn and Lisa both have excellent massage technique and the compassion necessary for this field.
