I had a last minute request for a leg and bikini wax. Fortunately Shanette had a time available convenient to my schedule. Upon entering the spa, Shanette was friendly, the reception area clean and welcoming with soft music playing in the background. She was engaging and queried about my preferences for music. The wax went well and quickly. She clearly knew how to wax appropriately and discretely. She was very knowledgeable about her products and services when asked without sounding like a sales pitch. The colour scheme could be updated but I appreciated the cleanliness and professionalism more. Price was competitive and I will be a return client :)
I appreciated the attention to detail with my pedicure. It was such a relaxing experience. For an extra charge, there were also options to include chocolate (chocolate scrub and oil) in the service. The smell was delicious!It cost a little more than I would have wanted, but the spafinder gift card helped a lot!
