Scruples Boutique and Day Spa

One of the nicest and well kept places I have been. The staff is knowledgable, kind, and caring. I had a great experience with a Facial from Brianna, and a massagefrom Cheryl. The entire group of people there actually care about you and your well being. I am definitely coming back soon, and love the place. Kudos to Scruples!

I was recommended to Scruples by a friend when my boyfriend and I were looking for a couples massage. We have never had one before. When I called to book the appointment, the person ( i believe, the manager) answered the phone and was very informative. By the end of our conversation, I was comfortable about booking our massages. She even offered me a special discount for a massage which included a body treatment that she had been offering to her "existing valued customers. I was pleased she would actually do that when I was "brand new". We received the services and the therapists were excellent. When we came downstairs we drank cups of water and the manager even had a coffee with us as she reviewed their spa services. I am anticipating booking my bridal spa party with them. She even introduced us to the hair stylists who gave me an excellent recommendation for my hair. I would absolutely recommend this salon/day spa to anyone.!

I received a Spa Finder Gift Certificate for my birthday, and was glad to see I could put it to good use at Scruples! What a nice place, and the attention I received was superb. As soon as I walked in the receptionsit greeted me, and was personable yet professional. I felt welcomed, and it was a great feeling. I had an appointment for a makeover, hair and makeup, and naturally I couldn't wait. Honestly, the haircut , color and highlight that Sarah gave me was just unbelievable! I was worried because my hair was in terrible shape....not only color wise, but, not in such good condition. I then proceeded upstairs, and had a makeup lesson with application, by Michelle....by the time I left, I felt like a new person. The staff was even ranting and raving about how great I looked....I haven't felt this good about how I look, in a long time. Scruples, you have a talented group there, and I am definitely coming back to Michele, to buy the Jane Iredale makeup, as she has shown me how great it works, and oh, how much better I can look! And I already rebooked with Sarah....this is going to be a great place for me, and I am telling all my friends about it too. My husband was in awe, when I got home....thanks to you Scruples!!!

Loved the warm and inviting atmosphere, how I was greeted, and then taken upstairs to the Spa. I had a deep tissue massage, a facial, and apedicure. My facial was relaxing and informative, as my esthetician was quite knowledgeable. I would definitely go back, and would recommend my friends and family go there as well. Thanks for such a great job, professional and relaxing too!

I opted for the Deep Tissue Massage, and was sadly disappointed. All the treatment was on the surface, and I left with all my knots intact. Even after encouraging her to go deeper, I was still left wanting.The atmosphere was nice, but not worth the service

I received a Spa Finder Gift Certificate for my birthday, and was looking for a Spa that accepted them. I found that Scruples in Enfield did, and I was truly amazed at the service I received.I have been to several spas in the area, and I was very pleased with this one. They do stand out, they are different, they care about their customer!! I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, and then taken upstairs to the Spa. What a beautiful waiting area in the Spa, so warm and inviting, and it smelled fantastic. I was greeted again, by another group of people, and the first thing I had done, was a facial, by a knowledgeable esthetician, who wasn't pushy, but, told me what my problem areas were on my face, and she definitely analyzed my skin type. She recommended producta, but, again, was not pushy. I truly appreciate her. My next service was a massage and I can't begin to tell you how soothing that was. My therapist combined a Swedish with Reiki in the end. I didn't want to get off of the table! I have to say, Scruples is a wonderful place, and I am most definitely going to return!
