Adriana continues to solve all my skin problems. Her expertise in treating the skin and ability to comfort and soothe you at the same time is amazing. The spa is intimate and relaxing, so much better than many of the larger impersonal spas. One of the most painless Brazilian waxing ever. I have had to reschedule appointments at the last minute, too, and she has been more than gracious to accommodate me. I highly recommend Adriana SkinCare and Waxing to all my friends.

Thank goodness for SpaWeek! It's such a great way to check out new places. I have a place that I had been going to for facials... but have been in search of "the" place to get my facials. After today's service, I believe I definitely have a contender. I had my facial booked with Diana. She was so sweet from the moment she opened the door to greet me. I really wasn't sure which specific facial I wanted, to she consulted with me to determine what would be best. It was a very informative conversation. She mentioned that I should include exfoliating into my regular skincare routine, but I also appreciated that she didn't push for me to buy the products that they sold there. =) Ok... on to the facial itself.... I got real comfy quick - the blanket to cover is sooo fluffy. hehhe. Excellent steamer - she wasn't kidding when she said it worked good! I could tell it was steaming good - but still bearable. Diana was very gentle with her hands. One of the best facial massages I've ever had. She was also very gentle with the extractions (thank you!). At first, I almost thought it was too gentle and wondered if she was really getting in there and cleaning out my clogged up pores, but when I inspected my face later - it looked pretty darn good! (I'm sure that excellent steamer did a good job of opening up the pores too. hehehe). I appreciated that she was always working on me: For example, if there was a mask or something setting on my face, then she was either massaging my scalp or my hands. She didn't use it as time to leave the room and check facebook like some other people/places I'm sure! I also appreciated that once she really got started with the Facial, she stated that it was time for me to relax and all the small talk was cut (double Thank you!). Gosh... towards the end, I was pretty darn relaxed because I totally could have laid there still to take a nap. It went by so fast! But she did utilize the entire 50 min service which was fabulous. Facility is very cute! The waiting room is bright and open with a huge window looking into the street. The service room itself is small, but who cares when you are lying there with your eyes closed? I'm definitely down to come back and get another facial. Diana was great... so I'm a little curious to try some of the other chicks the other yelp reviews are raving about here. I did take a peek at the regular service menu prices... not bad.... not cheap, but so far, it'd be worth it. ok... so I do have one minor gripe: in making my appt, you almost always have to leave a message and make sure you pick up the phone when they call you back. Seems like they are mostly by appt only - so there's not someone there to answer the phone all the time. A little annoying having to play phone tag. Oh... and ugh! Metered Street parking! Lucky I came on a weekend when its free.

I have been a loyal client of Adriana's for the past couple of years. The service and the ambience is supreme. I always feel extremely welcome and I never want to leave her SPA as it is very inviting, warm and relaxing. Adriana have drastically improved my skin care and believe it or not her waxing skills are not painful. I have recommended my close friends and family to her, and now they are loyal clients as well.

Personally, I believe Adriana gives the best service of anyone I've ever been to. She is very down to earth and professional. I've told several friends about her and now they're going to her and, like me, are very happy with the work she has done.

I drive down from LA to have Adriana wax me. She is amazing! She also gives the best facial around and uses BABOR which is the best skin care line around. Her place is so comfortable and adorable. I love all the girls that work there they are super friendly. I would take my mother there!

I’ve been going to Adriana’s for almost 4 years now. I love my bi-weekly appointments. Adriana is very professional, she is always on time and her place is immaculate! She always gives me the best advice for my skin, and is never pushy about selling products; however she is very knowable about the products she uses and sells, which in my opinion are the best. I love Babor! I have recently lost about 60 pounds, so my skin was flabby, and I have been working out, but I wasn’t happy with my results. I started using one of Babor’s firming lotions, that Adriana had suggested, and decided to give it try since I love Babor’s other products. To my surprise, the lotion really helped tighten my skin, especially my stomach and arms. I also get facials from Adriana, and I always notice a huge difference in my skin, my black heads are completely gone after my facials. I also get Brazilian waxes, and believe it or she makes them almost painless! I have never had a bad experience in all 3 years of going to Adriana, she is the best and I recommend her to all of my friends!

Adriana is best esthetician in town. Her work is impeccable and she is always very professional.

I must tell you that the experience at Adriana's Skin Care is phenomenal. You know that you are going for the not so pleasant experience of a bikini wax, but from my five years of waxing in San Diego, she is literally the best in the business. She just has the technique down and her friendly, professional demeanor relaxes you and you know that she is going to give you the best job that you deserve as a paying customer. I will also have to say that since I have become a monthly visitor, the facials that Adriana gives are exceptional. You know that you have to follow up a little pain with pleasure and this is the place that I recommend to everyone.
