I have visited My Bodyoga Spa on several occasions for one hour massages. Jackie was outstanding! She provides an incredible massage and leaves you totally relaxed and happy. The massages have been the best I've ever had. I have recommended this location to all of my family and friends!

We based our visit upon reviews at this website and were sorry to learn that we did not enjoy the save experience. The facility is undergoing rentivation and the place was noisy, small and out dated. The therapist that was reviwed previously apparently is no longer there and the one we received (Jackie) did not appear to be very experienced. While she was very nice and spoke softely, she did not provide the type of massages we had requested. My friend and I ended up with a body rub and not the deep tissue massage that we had been very vocal and adament that we wanted. The facility was uncomfortably cold for lack of proper heat and I feel that business should have been discontinued while they completed the rentivations.

Three girlfriends and I spent a recent afternoon being carefully attended to by the massage therapists, and the their esthetician/reflexologist. What a wonderful experience. We all want to go back again as soon as possible. We we so well cared for by all the staff. We were treated like royalty!.

Perfect spa experience and reflexology Treatment

From the moment I entered the spa I was welcomed by the staff and loved the feel of the place. The decor is very bohemian and calming. The view of the river from the yoga room is a plus. The spa was clean and the staff was very informative. Ulli did a 60 minute reflexology treatment, and it was the best I have ever experienced. I enjoyed a cup of tea both before and after the massage. I can't wait to return for further treatments and plan to try out one of their yoga classes also. I can't wait to try out their upcoming unique pedicure treatment.

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage and a "half moon" facial. The spa atmosphere is lovely. My massage therapist was Ullie from Germany. The massage table was comfy & heated! The massage was good, afterward Ullie was telling me instructions on where to go next, at one point I laughed & she "shushed" me. The facial was good, but she used one of those automatic scrubby brushes - I don't equate those machines with high end - I think My Bodyoga Spa trying to present itself as high end. The staff is very curtious and the spa is lovely. Next time I'm going to try a facial massage. It would be nice if they had those heated mitts & did a hand treatment while doing a facial!

What a difference it makes when you get a massage from a very knowledgeable therapist (Ulie). She really worked with my body and knew exactly how to help me loose my tension. I have visited very good spas (Golden Door, Ritz, Red Door...) but it seems some therapists just go thru the motions. This was definitely the best massage ever - THANKS! Taking a Yoga class while looking at the river is really a plus.

My daughters and I love My Body Yoga Spa. The technicians are knowledgeable and freely share information. We've enjoyed reflexology, lymphatic massage, deep tissue massage, seated massage, facials, and regular massage, so far. We always learn something about our bodies and the benefits of the service we've chosen. Especially nice are Alice's monthly specials, which are a great value and excellent way to sample new services and she even offers yoga for kids. I hope My Body Yoga Spa is around forever!
