About Face is located in the heart of Waterdown, an historic village and nestled in a fully restored Victorian residence. There are eight unique treatment rooms, a whirlpool bath and a boutique in the elegant 5,000-square-foot facility with decorative touches such as hardwood floors and a cascading staircase. Treatments include hair services, facials, makeup lessons and applications, eyelash and brow tinting, ear candling, ear piercing, scrubs, wraps, back therapies, a hydrotherapy mud bath, massage, manicures and pedicures, laser treatments including hair removal, and MicroMist spray tanning services. One of the spa's unique offerings is a mommy and baby massage class. Packages and bridal services are also available and the spa hosts events, open houses, seminars, and launch parties for new products as well.Location

Not a very professional salon at all. They did not honour their price listed on their own website. They really took advantage of me being a young new costumer. After calling and giving them a chance to explain their price being 40 percent higher then their website, they just said that their prices recently went up. After I said they should post that on their site, all they had to say was " sorry you had a bad experience"

Wow! Service with a smile too! This spa is so welcoming, from the friendly staff to the superior service! I found the facial I received my Spa day to be the best I've ever had and I finally found a skin care line that works for me too. The spa is so charming and just flows with the towns history. All I can say is keep up the good work About Face & i'll be back soon!
