Pure Harmony Day Spa

I have been to Pure Harmony several times and have even refered it to family and friends. The staff is professional and very nice. The spa is very clean which is most important to me and the reason I return.

Very unprofessionally run business. Purchased $190 combination facial/massage as a Xmas present for my wife. Took her there and dropped her off and got a call 45 min later to "come get her". She was asked to put a robe on in the locker room, which she did. She waited there for 30 min! No one came to tell her anything about being 20 min or so late with this scheduled appointment. Worst thing, there were NO CHAIRS in this locker room and she STOOD the entire time! Ridiculous place! She called me, I returned to get her, she had dressed and was waiting. They offered no apology. If it was my business I would have offered a free day plus the one they inconvenienced her with; I would have smiled when I gave it, and I would have certainly been apologetic with a lot of sincerity! The employees there were aloof! Kids w/ no real people shills, heart, or caring. I will never go there again and I certainly hope you don't either! I never write these kind of reviews but we traveled 17 miles one way to get there after reading the OTHER reviews! My wife is a physician, I a proj mgr, and we have been to places that charge a little more but also provide a good service for the fees. This place is a well advertised, fancy ripoff...

I have been to Pure Harmony about 4-5 times (it's located 2 min's from my home). The staff is super professional, kind and responsive to all your needs. It's not the most chic or ritzy spa I have been to - but it's very very nice. Today I had a body scrub, massage, facial and steam session. Everyone was great and I really enjoyed my little escape. I do wish they had a whirlpool or sauna to enjoy when you are done - but maybe they can expand and add it ;-)I love the peace and calm - very quiet and the staff are excellent at anticipating your every need.

What a wonderful spa! My girlfriend and I spent the entire day enjoying this spa. We had a seaweed wrap, massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, and lunch. When we arrived they showed us to the lockers. (there are only about 8-10) We were told to change into our robes and slippers and then wait in their relaxation room. This is a small day spa, but extremely professional and wonderfully pampering. One of the girls noticed that we were going to be with them all day and asked if we would like to order lunch. She handed us several menus and told us to choose what we wanted. A couple of hours later she had set up a nice lunch for us with cloth napkins, and real silverware. Every service was better than the next. And their attention to detail was incredble. The relaxation room has a sofa and two chairs. There is also hot tea or water available and muffins or nuts to munch on. I would highly recommend getting a wrap. During the process you get to enjoy a wonderful steam shower with about 15 different shower massage heads. (nice) The pedicures are done on a wonderful massaging, reclining chair. (with a glass of wine in my hand) The only thing that would have made this any better; would have been a nice shower and dressing room. I always enjoy taking a long hot shower and taking my time getting ready after a day at the spa. There is only a single bathroom and no shower or vanity area. On the plus side, there is no hair salon, so it is peaceful and relaxing all of the time. Great job! I can't wait to go back.
