The Villages of Loreto Bay: This property's projected beach club and spa will be a members-only facility featuring swimming pools, waterfalls, a fitness center, and a full service spa. 30 spa villas will also be available at this resort and residential community, which is projected to someday house approximately 6,000 homes in a number of villages.
