    Coldwater Creek – The Spa aims to ensure that every detail has been conceived with comfort in mind. The spa strives to offer a natural setting of earth tones to give guests a place to relax and get away from the hustle of the day. Services cater to both men and women and include facials, massage, nail care, body treatments and skincare treatments for which carefully selected organic products are used with each. Spa packages are available as well.. Guests can enjoy a complimentary foot soak prior to any skincare or body treatment in the spa’s quiet relaxation room. Customized services for teens are also offered. Coldwater Creek – The Spa opened its first day spa in 2006 in Tigard, Oregon, and since has opened nine locations across the United States.

I have tried many spas in the area and Coldwater Creek in HV is the best for Flower Mound/Highland Village area. You get what you pay for and this spa is a "real" spa and you feel like you are in a relaxing environment with professionals. I make sure to go here as often as I can.

So, I'm incredibly disappointed because eyebrow waxing has gone up to $25. I take my 13 year old to Coldwater Creek Spa because they do a fantastic job. However, I'm not sure they do $15 better than the spa in the same shopping center! Her friends all quit going there, and I really think she may have to move to another spa. Very sad. Coldwater Creek really was fantastic. :(

I went to the Spay with my Grand daughter and Daughter ... We had the most Royal treatment there and thought I should share with anyone looking up reviews. We could not have chosen a better place to go for "A Spa Day. " Fear not in booking an appointment ASAP. We all plan to go again that's for sure and who knows we might see you there !!! They make you feel like a Queen and as though you are their only customer. Such a wonderful way to relax and let the stress just pour out , feeling like a new person when you leave. Take my word for it ...Carol

I was really looking foward to getting a couple services done here and as the prices are somewhat high I really expected top notch services. The environment is very nice and relaxing, but the quality of the services I had done are somewhat lacking. I actually came away wishing I had gone to a much less expensive place I've been to before where the end results are much better.

I recently visited this spa for the first time. I've been an avid spa client for years and have visited spas all over the United States. I would rank this one to be at the very bottom of the group. I was very disappointed with the quality of the staff. I had an 80 minute massage, a facial and manicure. The techniques used by the masseuse were amateur and boring. It is the first massage I have ever wanted to be over before the time ran out! Believe it or not, the facial left me with a few bloody marks on my skin; as the woman was very rough. The manicurist left a few rough nails and was very slight in her hand and arm massage. I enjoyed each one of my service providers personally, but I did not feel that their expertise was spa quality. In addition, there is no sauna, dipping pools or special rain showers, etc. This is pretty much just a place for services, but not a true spa setting. I was really hoping I had a fantastic spa in my neighborhood. But I won't be back. I'd much rather travel to the Four Seasons in Irving or see my regular facial aesthetician at Dr. Kasden's in Southlake for a truly expert facial that leaves my skin puffed up and pretty and not bloody. Good Grief! A few days later, I'm still having to use makeup to cover up for a bad facial!

I visited this spa a few month ago and loved the personal attention. I love that you are offered a robe and a foot soak upon arrival. This really lets you unwind and I think this is a great girls spa day as well. I would recommend any of the foot massages. They have you sit in this amazing chair that actually fully reclines as if you were in your own bed. They cover you up with sheets and even more sheets if you want. They even give you an eye mask to block out the light. It is the most relaxing experience and will put you to sleep! This is a must if you have never had a foot massage at Cold Water Creek. I will be going back for sure!

I have now been to Coldwater Creek the Spa a few times. It has been absolutely fantastic. All of my girlfriends love it also. The atmosphere is soo calming and everyone is extremely friendly. The pedicure area is the best! The chairs are unbelievable.
