Careful if you have curly hair!

I had a rather unfortunate experience. I had a couple of terrible hair cut and color treatments. They did try to fix the problem but I just had too many good and bad haircuts and not enough consistancy. Beware if you have curly hair.....

Even smells indulgent!

From when I first walked into this salon to when I left, I received nothing but kindness and excellent service. The staff was accommodating and warm, but not too chatty -- I like to just relax and was pleased when they let me lead the conversation and didn't attempt small talk. A small side note that I loved - When you first walk in, you will notice the classic Aveda spa smell -- so relaxing!

A wonderful atmosphere to go, relax and rejuvenate yourself. I have always had a fantastic service there and the professionals are truly amazing! You definitely need to check them out!

I agree with the other two posters - they do really good work here without the snobby attitude that is so common in nicer spas. Really refreshing!

I booked a full package here for my birthday and I was so happy I did. This place is FANTASTIC!! You can already expect a high level of quality with the Aveda name, but the treatments were the best I've ever had. Annie is amazingly talented with her hands, and between her calming touch and the serene room, I was completely taken away. I had a nice long facial, waxing, the Carribean body treatment and a mani/pedi. I got a very good deal on my package considering how much time was spent on me. I would certainly go back and see Annie and the rest of the staff here. This was by far, the best spa experience I've ever had.

The atmosphere and experience are great. I went for a pedicure and had one of the best pedicures I have ever had at any spa. Of course the products make a difference since they use Aveda and OPI. The professional was also great quality. Overall, the quality was high for a moderate/ reasonable price.
