Wabi Sabi - Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa

I had a manicure, eye lash and brow dye, cut and color. I had brought the shade of color I wanted and a picture of the cut. I told Brooke that I'm very easy going and to do what she can. I told her that if it didn't turn out it would grow back. She told me that there was no need for that. That she wanted me to be pleased, happy, and get what I wanted. I was shocked. I never had a hair dresser tell me that. You mean it's what I want NOT you? Then she consulted with her peers. She didn't just half hazard fast food the job. I was so impressed and my hair turned out yummy. MY HUSBAND LOVED IT!!!! Happy Birthday Hubby!!!! He said he couldn't have asked for a better gift!!!!

I went to Wabi Sabi for the first time about 6 months ago. I had very long hair and wanted to make a change. When I called I asked for a great hairdresser and that I would cry if they messed up my hair. She gave me my most wonderful person in the world. She gave me Tyler Woods. He is so nice and actually spent time with me, getting to know me and what I wanted. I gave him what I wanted my hair to do and he did the rest. He did an amazing haircut... I love everything about it, I walked out of there with amazing hair and he made me feel beautiful and confident and that is how you should feel after a great haircut. He called the next day to check on me and told me he just wanted to make sure I still loved my hair. That was the nicest thing. I have never had a hairdresser call and check on me. Thank you Tyler for going the extra mile in customer service.

I had a favorite stylist/colorist named Denise who was one of the "senior" stylists there. My cut was always great, the color was enduring, the service was relaxing, and the price was consistent. She moved away and I was referred to a fresh stylist out of school who gave me inconsistent cuts, quick color fade (within a week), and prices that were all over the place. For example twice, not all the time, I was charged for an second bowl of color on my fine, thin, shoulder length hair. My out the door charges were always 50% to 100% more than the prior stylist! And I was charged again when returning because of fade within the week. I had roots over 2 inches long by four months. The verdict by them? My hair just grows really fast!! Funny how it grows out in a fading out color and how that stopped when I switched to another Aveda salon on the beach in a resort town for way lower prices! I allowed this abuse four times too many. But in the end I am grateful for the new place!

I originally booked a massage service in early 2008 for my May 2008 wedding...a week prior to the wedding I called to confirm my massage appointment - but was devastated to learn they didn't have a massage therapist there to give me that service. As a bride coming from Missouri I was so upset about this mix-up for my wedding day - so I decided to email the spa/manager. I immediately received a call back apologizing and offering to make the services up to me. I ended up taking my mother & mother-in-law with me and we were treated like queens! I received an amazing body treatment that was as good as a massage & we all enjoyed manis/pedis. I could not have been more pleased with the service & the desire of the manager to make everything right with me. We visit Navarre every year and I always visit this spa!

I LOVED my experience at Wabi Sabi! I had Rose do my hair and she was wonderful! She did a fabulous job and when she washed it she massaged my head and it felt AMAZING!!!!!! I will definitley be returning and will definitely recommened this salon to everyone I know!

My sister and myself (along with her boyfriend and his friend) all religiously get our hair cut here by Rose. I always reccomend Wabi Sabi to anyone who is looking for a change in hairstylists.

Rose does a great job with my hair each time. The spa facial and massage discounts are a good deal through the end of the year- only $50 each for an hour massage or facial. Plus, they give samples so you can try the products they used on you before you buy!

I had a rather unfortunate experience. I had a couple of terrible hair cut and color treatments. They did try to fix the problem but I just had too many good and bad haircuts and not enough consistancy. Beware if you have curly hair.....

From when I first walked into this salon to when I left, I received nothing but kindness and excellent service. The staff was accommodating and warm, but not too chatty -- I like to just relax and was pleased when they let me lead the conversation and didn't attempt small talk.A small side note that I loved - When you first walk in, you will notice the classic Aveda spa smell -- so relaxing!

A wonderful atmosphere to go, relax and rejuvenate yourself. I have always had a fantastic service there and the professionals are truly amazing! You definitely need to check them out!
