I go there for hair, facials, mani/pedi, massage.Very nice place. They usually run on time. Everyone is good.

I regularly go to Ten Spa to get my hair done, but had never received any spa services. I had a mani/pedi which was top notch and the best swedish massage I have ever received. The only reason I gave a lower score on atmosphere is that the salon is very open and it does get very noisy in the main area when busy. They do a great job of sound proofing the massage/waxing rooms with soothing music.Love this place!

Jane gives the best manicure I have ever had. Her standards are without compare. Every detail of the maniure from polish removal, hand massage and especially polish application is flawless.She is a gem.Ten Spa is so fortunate to have her.I look forward to seeing her every week.

I would highly recommend Ten Spa. I love it! Katie colors my hair every three weeks. I have never been disappointed with its outcome! In fact, I have been going to Katie for several years. She always gets the color right, and believe me... I am very particular. She is also the colorist for my two daughters! Okay, I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but I also get my hair blown out once a week. It's one of my guilty pleasures. If Katie isn't available I don't hesitate to go to another stylist. Again, I have never been disappointed!Everyone at Ten Spa is so friendly and professional. Say hello to Betsy at the front desk! She's the best!On a scale from 1-10, I give Ten Spa a big fat 10!

My hairdresser Sara just moved to the Ten Spa in West Roxbury. Although I was a little apprehensive about visiting her there, I figured what the hell, I'll give it a try. It did make my commute a little longer with the traffic but, It was worth it.When I got there,the receptionist was lovely she offered me this silky robe to change into and sat me on a comfy leather couch with a glass of white wine..Yes! Wine! I had the pleasure of having my hair cut and highlighted with Sara, Which by the way looks better than ever! The experience was everything and more that I imagined it would be after seeing the website.Although I did have to pay before I was blowdried because we ran late, I would reccommend this place to anyone. For an experience like that I would drive 2 hours.Thank you Sara for moving to Ten Spa!!!

I booked my sister and I for a massage and facial. My experience with the esthetician for the facial was far above average. She was knowledgeabe, had a GREAT touch, and didn't try to sell me anything. The only suggestion I would make is that she wash her hands before beginning. In this day and age this should be demonstrated. The place was clean, and I did not feel at anytime that there were any sanitary issues. I had the Signature Facial, and it was truly the BEST facial I have ever had, and I am an international spa junkie.Meanwhile, my sister was having a different experience. Our appointments were for 9:45 am but we arrived early (We wanted one of those complementary Mamosas, but were never offer anything. At the end of my treatment I did ask for one, and it was served with a smile). My sister was left without word until 10:00 when someone finally told her that the massotherapist was running late. She expressed dissappointment, and a complementary polish change was provided. The manicurist was sweet, and gave my sister a gift certificate for a free manicure. When my sister did finally get her 40 minute massage, which was supposed to be an hour, she said it was really good.It's sad when mistakes are made in the service business, but we both agree that they recovered extremely well.My sister, who is local, will return, and is even talking about getting her hair done here.I would definitely recommend this spa.
