The spa is located in a 1200-square-foot original brownstone in Brooklyn, New York. There are two treatment rooms and décor featuring high ceilings, the original fireplace with a wood mantle, wood floors, and touches of chocolate, mocha, and crimson. Therapies are focused on skin care and the spa's philosophy is, "At Lord & whisper, we restore, revitalize, and rejuvenate the skin." Treatments include custom-blended facials, Swedish and sports therapy massages, back exfoliation, and a lactic acid treatment for the back. The spa hosts monthly seminars and wellness events, spa parties, mother's day, women's day, and birthday party functions. Complimentary wine or
