    A Great Value!
Located in the woods of TN, built along rocky bluffs with its own ice cave, waterfall and natural bridge, this fitness spa is beautiful as well as a great place to either jumpstart a diet/fitness program or renew a commitment to getting in shape. Each week begins and ends with a personal fitness assessment. Activities include walks according to ability, aqua classes, and gym fitness classes of all sorts including aerobic, step, pilates, abs, body sculpting, and yoga. Meals are calorie-controlled, yet excellent. The atmosphere is very unpretentious and homey. Lodging is in rustic, chalet-style buildings with rocking chair porches overlooking a duck pond. I loved my week at this spa this past May and plan to go back this fall.
