Elements Therapeutic Massage - Aurora at Tower & Hampden

Very disappointed with using Spa Finder coupons for service. I called in advance to confirm they accepted spa finder coupons at this location and was given a quote of $55.00 for 55 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted nicely and sent to have my massage of 50 min and upon checking out I was told that in using Spa Finder coupons I had to pay $75.00 and did not even get an hour massage and paid $20.00 more than my quote. These coupons were purchased with cash as a gift and should be honored as such. Upon attempting 4 times to contact Spa Finders customer service, I left 3 messages and the 4th time I talked to a customer service rep who stated she could not help me but would transfer me to a supervisor and was disconnected. Obviously due to your specific review guidelines you don't want people to express their true concerns and want them to only put down positive feedback or you will opt to refuse to post their review. How do you ever get in touch with a person to find some resolution to your issues? On a most positive note the Massage Therapist was exceptional and was tipped appropriately. I do however also find it rude to put a Tip guide on the door prior to leaving. It is up to the client to tip on their satisfaction.

I have been going to Elements for the past couple years and I have never had a negative experience. The atmosphere is very inviting and helps to promote relaxation. The staff are top notch and helpful as well as professional. Elements offers several differnt types of messages as well as aroma therapy options. My experiences with the massage therapists have always been excepional. I have been to other spas and I can honestly say that Elements far outranks the other's from the moment I walk in until receiving a bottle of water when I walk out. Give them a try and write a review. I would like to know what other's think. ~Lindy~
