    Zinc Spa & Nail Bar has a warm contemporary look with a modern nail bar and TV in the reception area and Zen-inspired accents such as a water feature and bamboo plant in the entryway. The spa's two private treatment rooms have warm green walls and the private pedicure room has five customized non-jet pedicure chairs. Offerings include massage, body wraps and scrubs, facials, manicures and pedicures, facial threading, and waxing. Clients can unwind with complimentary beverages and are welcomed with a warm aromatherapy neck pillow. Zinc Spa's founder envisioned a day spa that could transition to a social space for spa parties with the spa hosting private spa parties for groups and providing mobile spa services for parties and events hosted by individuals and corporations.

Dirty place, disgusting bathroom, below avg pedicure

Went to zinc bar for a girls day out and wasn't impressed one bit. First, the place isn't really clean, second, the bathroom was disgusting... I didn't even want to use it. Third, the pedicure was below avg. the woman Donna, who was nice, kept watching the clock and it felt like she was a rookie by the way she was painting my toenails. She kept going over and over the polish to the point that my big toes have that chunky look to the polish. She kept using the little paintbrush for "fixes" and I left there with parts if the polish missing from the sides of the nails. Lastly, when you pay at the register it's mandatory to give a 20% tip!!! I've never been to a spa or salon that demands a tip. I've never not tipped for a service, but I wouldn't gave voluntarily given 20 %. The girls that I were with weren't impressed with their pedis either.

I went here once for a pedicure and I will never go back. Everything in this nail salon is filthy. It honestly looks like they never clean. The girl who did my pedicure cut every single one of my cuticles to the point where i was bleeding, she talked to the other nail tech the entire time about inappropriate things and what was supposed to be a relaxing treat for myself ended up being a nightmare. Please take my advice and do not go here.

I have been going to Zinc for over two years now. It is my Friday oasis after a week filled with wonderful kindergarteners. Each visit I am greeted as if I am a member of the family. The manicures are fantastic. It is not simply a place to go and be pampered, it is a place to relax and laugh with other people. Roshni and her assistants take their time with every customer. The pedicures and facials are the same quality. I can't wait to try a message. Thank you Roshni, Karen, Jess, and Ali. See you very soon!

This place is disgusting! It is completely unsanitary and I would never, ever go here again!! I brought three friends here for pedis, and I felt horrible after because it was a disaster. We all were cut during the cuticle nipping potion of the pedicure. Two of my friends were cut on 5 to 7 separate toes. One woman couldn't wear closed toe shoes (in February) for days!! We had two technicians that worked on us who talked to each other the entire time! It was as if our 200 dollars + worth of services was like a social hour for the two of them. I heard good things about this place but I was SO DISAPPOINTED!

I have to say, out of all the spa's I have been too, and I have been to several, Zinc Spa is the one place with consistency in regards to a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent customer service, and their products are great! They last long and I always get multiple compliments from friends, family, and even strangers. The workers, and even customers who are at Zinc Spa are always so wonderful and I always get my money worth. I have gone in there multiple times for manicures and pedicures, and I always leave feeling great. For my Senior Prom I went to Zinc Spa and at the prom I had multiple compliments on my nails, and they lasted a few weeks after as well. I have to say, I hope Zinc Spa stays for a long time, because they are fabulous and I continue to go there. And R, clearly you are too cheap and selfish to know what a good spa is. Go be rude somewhere else. :)

A few of us girls all went for a birthday party and due to some confusion in booking wasn't sure if i was able to get a manicure. I asked for the basic manicure and got a polish and a buff which isn't what I wanted. The nail tech rushed through my service and the polish was very sloopily done and smudged almost immediately. Not impressed, but they seemed to accomodate everyone else but me, but the atmosphere is very nice.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this spa. I get the gel nails constantly and I have become a HUGE fan. Mine have lasted up to a month without a fill, and my nails have become so much stronger since I've been using them. Roshni is amazing at everything she does, and I can say the same for every other employee that I've been a client to. It's a great experience, great atmosphere, and the employees make you feel very comfortable. Not to mention the prices are even affordable for a girl, like me, who is in high school. I would recommend this spa to ANYBODY.

I first visited Zinc Spa 2 years ago, and have been a regular customer ever since. Roshni, the owner, is warm, courteous, and professional. She always makes me feel special, and even my two daughters love to go to her Spa. I have received a variety of treatments there, and visit every two weeks for my gel manicure. I look forward to my appointments, not only because of the great service I receive, but also for the fun, welcoming atmosphere. Her rates are very reasonable and she has great specials. I have visited may other "spas" in the past, and nobody comes close to Roshni, her great staff, and her spa.

I had made an appointment with the receptionist for a stone massage that was regularly $90 and was on special for $50. I had made the receptionist aware that I would be using a Spa Finder Gift Certificate and she stated that they accepted the gift certificate. I received my stone massage this afternoon and after the service went to receptionist desk to pay for the service. The owner told the receptionist that I was unable to use the gift certificate with the special and I had to pay a mandatory tip of $18. I have never been charged a mandatory tip at any spa that I have gone to. A gratuity is optional and without obligation. The owner was so unreasonable and uncourteous. She told me that I could go to another spa if I did not agree with their policies. I told her that the receptionist told me that I could use the gift certificate and take advantage of the special when I booked the appointment. She told me that there was nothing that she could do. I then started to dicuss the mandatory tip issue with her. I told her that it is illegal to enforce a 20% mandatory tip and she hung up the phone on me. :(

We very kindly extended our Hot Stone Massage spa deal days special (which ended in November 2010) to this client in January of 2011. It is a very clearly stated policy of ours that on deal day specials we do not take spa finder gift certificates, and charge a 20% gratuity. Instead of being grateful about getting a $90 massage for $50, well outside the deal expiration, this client has chosen the unfortunate route of being annoyed, and then further maligning a small business by leaving this kind of a review. We always do our best to be fair to our clients, but we also have to be fair to our employees, who work very hard and deserve to be compensated. Our customers are overall very happy with our day spa and the services provided by our staff. We do our best to make everyone happy, but as is obvious, we cant always do that, try as we may.

I love Zinc Spa! I have been going to Roshni for over a year now for my eyebrow threading. She does a fantastic job, so through (even with the occasional time of having to bring my toddler in a stroller). She is an artist. I have also gone there a few times for wonderful pedicures. So hygienic, their tubs have no jets, just a complete solid tub, love that! They do a great job, love the pampering. I would recommend this spa to anyone in the area.

Nice, Nice find. Went in for a Bachelorette party, it was great. Clean, friendly, non-pretencious. going to make this my choice for all they do. Prices are unbelievable and staff is just excellent. Got an express facial with Jill..........and my skin was glowing and soft for days after that. bought Keyano products, and with the 40% off refills.......the products are cheaper than CVS! Recommend to everyone! The entire party of 15 walked out really prasing the services.

Such a caring, warm & realaxing spa. I have to write about my recent visit to Zinc Spa & Nail Bar, to recieve a custom facial. I must say that this facial was simply the best facial I've ever had, and I have had many. While laying in a plush, comfy bed, my esthetician exfoliated and prepped my skin for a series of masks and serum applications aimed to deeply "penetrate my dermis". All I know is that I came away with a fabulous massage, glowing skin and a truly relaxing experience! My skin has felt great with their Keyano line of products.

The massage therapist never even glanced at the medical form I filled out. She was clearly sick with a cold and should not have been working. She sniffled, coughed, and while I HOPE it was oil that twice dripped randomly on me, I think it was actually her runny nose!!! Also, and none of these things were her fault, the room was too small for her to properly work, cold and very noisy. There was constant noise from neighboring business and chatter/phones from nail bar. Nail services are probably great, but not a relaxing massage venue.

My mother in law just went trough a tough health related situation; her relatives decided to get her a gift certificate at a spa and I joined her. We piked the Zin spa for the nice packages they offer, and I LOVED it; the staff was very professional, friendly, and easy going.; I especially appreciated the way they treated my mother in law (knowing what she's ben trough). I will definitely go back, and recommend it 100%.
