I have been to Esspa a few times for facials. I can't speak for any other services, but I have LOVED my facials. Heather is WONDERFUL!! I usually go in the evening after work; so the atmosphere is pretty quiet, as things are dying down for the evening. I have always been treated well when checking in and checking out. I can't imagine trusting my face to anyone but Heather. Will definitely go back.

I've been going to Esspa for years and really love it. Eva is great for eyebrow waxes, I've also enjoyed facials, massages and the hot stone massage here. Hot Stone massage is heavenly! The only reason I wouldn't rank it 5 stars is because I think it's a little overpriced. I mean it's Pittsburgh...prices shouldn't be as high as spas in NYC and Chicago.

I have been getting a massage from women for many years and had the opportunity to try Robert at Esspa! What a wonderful surprise! He made me feel completely at ease and relaxed. I have continued to request him for all of my massages! You will not be disappointed! The facials, manicures and pedicures are wonderful too!There are great everyday specials that give you the chance to try something new!Love it!

I went to this spa on my birthday for the you deserve it package. I got a facial with microderm, massage and amanicure. The over all experience was wonderful. I was actually really stressed when I went there becasue I had just turned 30. The staff and the atmosphere really relaxed me and I felt great when I left. The only thing that I regret is that I didnt get more treatments!

I love the atmosphere of the spa and have had great experiences besided the rude receptionist at the front desk. She was unfriendly and unprofessional enough to make me not want to come back! Plus, I know who the owner is and she walks by without a smile or a hello. For me, I want the owner to at least offer a warm gesture when I'm spending thousands of dollars at her spa!

This spa is great and I have had many different treatments there and have recommended Esspa to friends. My only complaint is the front desk person Karen, she is very pushy and quite rude. I have also seen her be quite terrible to the other younger girls at the front too or complain about other clients! how unprofessional. I wouldn't even comment, except I have seen this on multiple occasions. It is a shame that after a blissfull day having a treatment, on your way out of the door the receptionist is so nasty as you pay:(

I have had pedicures in many salons and spas through the years but Esspa is the only one I go to now. It is a well deserved indulgence. They know how to make you feel special and the staff know their products and care about the customers. I tell everyone I know to go to Esspa.

I SPENT AN ENTIRE DAY HERE! IT WAS GREAT. EVERYONE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND KIND.I HAD THE BEST FACIAL I HAVE EVER HAD. MY MASSAGE AND BODY WRAP WERE TERRIFIC ALSO. THEN TO FINISH THE DAY, I HAD A MANICURE AND PEDICURE. THANKS TO GINGER, JENNIFER LEE AND AMY FOR MAKING MY DAY AT THE SPA SO SPECIAL.
