I went to skin Care by Klara for a Laser hair removal, and it was the most comfortable treatment, no pain
like having a hot stone massage with a new technology she is using. I highly recommend the spa.

I have been visiting this spa for over two years and have always been happy with the service. Packages too are good deals. It would be hard to convince me to go to a booth or to any place else for this service when the airbrush technique and products this spa offers is as good as what I've experienced for quite some time!

Klara is truly an expert in skincare. My skin is absolutely radiant and glows after one of her facials. Perfection is her standard, and she has helped me achieve radiant and healthy looking skin. Once you experience one of Klara's facials you'll never trust your skin to anyone else. She is truly the best!!

The spa is a clean, nicely decorated place, but don't let that fool you. I would not recommend this place to anyone for electrolysis or a facial. I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I did.
My experience with electrolysis was horrible. There are other people who do electrolysis who are cheaper, more knowledgeable and faster in the area.
The owner, is extremely pushy, she will exaggerate problems with you skin and will bully you into buying unnecessary products. She will even do this while the treatment is in progress.
Her facial is very hands off. The extractions she does are good, but she will put steam on your face, and leave the room for 10 minutes. Also when she puts a mask on you face, she will leave the room for 10 minutes. Any other facial I've ever had, the estheticians gives you a hand or shoulder massage during that time. If I wanted to put products on my face and lay there, I could do it at home...I'm not really sure what she's charging so much for.
She will try to swindle you out of money in anyway she can. I would not buy a gift card or any other type of service from her. Her daughter may tell you one thing and then in the end she will say that's wrong and make you pay more in the end.
Would not recommend this spa, there are many other reputable places in the area to go to.

I am very suprised by your comments. Given all the things you say about the spa and me then why have you returned for multiple appointments and treatments. It seems that because we did not accept a promotional discount with a service that was already discounted, something we never do, that you have taken offense and decided to ridicule the spa and defame me personally in a public forum. The spa has a special tanning room very nice and the technician is wonderful. If you are looking for a great tan this is the place to go. I used the organic spray solution and it came out perfect.I finally found a place to tan that I am very happy.

Lot of commotion at front desk a services quote from one person but once I had the service I was charged another higher charge by the owner upon leaving & told they made a mistake. Spa owner was extremely difficult & very unfriendly when I tried to resolve the problem..

If you are looking for a golden glow that is truely natural, this is the place to go. Skin Care by Klara has a separate room just for their airbrush tans. Angela went into detail of how to get ready for my airbrush experience and I loved it! Great packages too, very affordable. Also she has different shades to choose from to compliment you! Love, love, love!!!!
