Very unprofessional OWNER. Shocked!
I had a $100 gift card for their salon. When I went to pay they said I only had $35 LEFT on the "account". They made an error in their system and took money off of a gift card, that I had NEVER used. I also had NEVER even been to this salon before. Instead of trying to help me, and figure out the problem. They were solely going off of their computer, and saying that "my father" used the gift card, (since he's the one that purchased it, they said it automatically goes on his account). So, when he went in for services, the person at the front desk told him he had money on his account, not even verifying it with any gift card. They wanted me to me to pay the remaining $40. Not only did she expect me to pay this money, but she inappropriately handled the situation in front of other waiting customers, and then said to one of the customers "can you believe this?", and then pointed at ME!!! I have never been so appalled by a business owner's behavior. I have been in customer service for 15 years, and I have never been treated this way, and by the OWNER! I will never go back. When all was said and done, they figured it out, and I still never got an apology. So sad.

I've had 2 gel manicures done at this location and both have been will done, no extra charge for french polish. They've decreased their salon space, so I've been lucky to get there early when it's not crowded and noisy.

I've been going to Suzie for 2 years and love her. I was recommended to her specifically and she does a great job. I get color touch ups and keratin rinse monthly and am never disappointed. She even got me to cut my hair for the first time in 10+ years!

Best blow out ever!
Rachel Goodman is the best stylist I have ever had. My blonde color and highlights are perfect. I have had her style my hair twice for special occasions and was stopped by strangers to ask who did my hair. Her blow outs are amazing. Recommend her without reservation!

My Hair Stylist
I am a very picky blonde. I like my highlights in the summer and low lights in the colder months and "Monika Schliewe" seems to nail it perfect. Every time I leave the salon I look and feel like a million bucks!! Pretty sure she's a mind reader or that she really listens and cares about her clients wants. As for the salon it self it's amazing much bigger then it looks from the outside, an open floor plan with a friendly staff. Thinking of trying out a massage next time I go. Love the idea I can make it a pampered day if I wanted without having to travel more then one place.

Worth it for a Groupon
I've been to a lot of places to get massages, so while I try not to compare them, at times big things stick out. Here I found the staff welcoming and eager to please. They went out of their way to make sure I was welcomed. I waited in the salon area with all the other clients, I prefer waiting in a "spa waiting room" relaxing. The massage room was small and the table wasn't very luxurious; however, the massage itself was nice. The pressure was good (the therapist verified this) and she did a great job working on problem areas. It's a stretch to call it a "spa." I'm going back to complete my groupon and would groupon the place again. I probably wouldn't pay full price due to the things I've mentioned above. I do like to be pampered a bit! :) It's a nice place and I am sure they are still working out the kinks of a spa. The salon area appears well put together.

Don't even try it
I was looking forward to using my spa finder gift, and thought this would be a good new place to try since the sign on the window stated 'new customers -1 hour massage $40. The 'deep tissue' massage was a light touch; she ended 10 minutes early so I could 'relax', and then she wanted to charge me $75 instead of $40 stating that though I was a new customer, my gift card could not be used. I felt like I was haggling with a street vendor at a flea market. Finally, she said she would charge me $40 if I bough a package of 5 massages, or if I paid cash. This sub-standard massage was made worse by leaving with the feeling that I was being cheated. I paid $40, kept my spa finder coupon, and plan on never returning. Sorry Alandre' owner --but you are judged by staff you hire.

Won a Spa Finder Certificate
I was so happy to win a gift certificate, and booked a deluxe pedicure and a facial. Well the staff was very professional and welcoming, the services were lacking. I expected to be fully relaxed and pampered with my pedicure, it was a very big disappointment. I received a mediocre at best pedicure. I have been to numerous places for pedicures, it is my favorite guilty pleasure, and this just was not worth even half the price they charged. I will stick with my local nail salon rom now on where I know what to expect and what I am paying for...

Just used my Spa Finder Coupons from Christmas. Found this Spa on the website. My usual place did not accept the coupons so I went out of my comfort zone. I just had an awsome Pedicure from a very professional expert in her field. My feet were winter worn so I was a challenge and she took extra care of me. Loved the relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. I will definately go again and suggest to my friends. Great Experience!
