    The Agua Azul Oasis Spa, also called A2O, takes its inspiration from the waters and towns of the Mediterranean. At 5,700 square feet, the facility has a full-service hair salon and 12 treatment rooms, including a steam sauna and separate locker rooms and lounges for men and women. Signature treatments include the A2O Massage, a water massage performed in the spa's Vichy shower room, and the Sea Escape Signature Facial, which uses self heating thermal marine mud. Other services offered include facials, massage, body wraps, waxing, manicures, pedicures, UV-free spray tanning, eyelash extensions, and laser vein treatments and hair reduction. The spa offers spa packages and wellness consultations, too.

We paid for an hour massage and steam room. We were greeted with a paper cup of water. We received only a half hour massage and my thereapist had nails that scratched me, leaving marks on my shoulder and neck. We were told they didn't have time to complete the other half hour and also told they didn't have time for us to experience the steam room. They offered 1 time to reschedule. We drove 25 minutes to get there they didn't make us feel welcome at all. No offer to comp anything. We won't be going back.

I was here recently for a spa day! My facial was amazing, such great technique ( I do not remember the girls name but I would completely recommend her!) I also got great results, I had been so dry and breaking out and my skin completely cleared up after the facial, she also did my eyebrow wax which was equally as incredible as the facial, she had great suggestions for my shape, and I was very happy. The only complaint i have is the noise. The room I was in was located almost directly in the retail area, which i found odd as the front desk id located very close by as well. I could hear every customer that walked in, every conversation and every pair of heels that walked by. I also agree with the previous review that the mans office located at the front of the spa made me very uncomfortable. However, the services were so great that i would not allow these things to keep me from coming back! An overall great experience.

Upon arriving at Aqua Azul we were greeted warmly and as we had planned a entire day of being pampered, we were hoping to go home on the amazing note we went in on, feeling that our money had been well spent. All the women there were friendly, and did a fabulous job. The owner, however,(sorry I do not know his name, as he never introduced himself to me), he is a different story. He could not be bothered to take the time out from his busy day to make contact with his clientele and make sure they were having a good experience. In all fairness I only wanted to tell him what a amazing job his staff had been doing. He actually told me he did not have time for that and that he hires people to take care of that. I feel that if you own a "spa" and part of your "core values" is individual respect and excellent customer service, it helps not to be inept in personal people skills. It casts a complete shadow over an otherwise beautiful day and sadly his wife/business partner is also as much to blame as she tolerates his complete disrespect of women and lack of social skills. Shame on both of you!

The services I recieved were amazing. Everything was just what I wanted and needed. The steam shower was relaxing, a good start to all my services. My massage with Morgan was relaxing and theraputic.. I have never had a better massage. Whitney's facial left my face moisturized and clean. And she had some excelent suggestions on ways to keep the "Spa" feeling at home. I really enjoyed my pedicure with Mary Jo. She was so friendly and down to earth. But after all these amazing services, the atmosphere just wasn't right. You walk in there is retail EVERWHERE! It's just in your face to BUY BUY BUY! Also, as soon as you walk in you are staring at an office, a man's office. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Even in the womens lounge, it's all about buying. Brochures of laser and obagi EVERYWHERE. The rooms were very bueutiful, but so noisy. I could hear everything across the hall when I was in my massage. I could hear a man talking on the phone in the office the whole time I was in my facial. It was just not a relaxing enviornment. Next time I have a day at the spa, it will not be this one.

My experience was very pleasant. The staff was very sweet. My only criticism is that the moisturizer that they applied to my face before leaving was way too thick and oily for my skin. When I raised my concern about the thickness of the moisturizer, the beautician insisted that it was the right one for me and that within 2 hours, the serum would seep into my skin. I waited all day and when I removed the moisturizer that evening, it felt as if I was rubbing Vaseline off my face. Although the experience itself was very relaxing, I did not see an improvement in my skin, rather the contrary.

All the services I've experienced at A2O were excellent-- laser treatments, massage, hydrotherapy, pedicures, and facials. The staff was very warm and welcoming, the atmosphere is so original and has a great Mediterranean feel. Put this spa on your "must-experience" list! I really appreciate their wellness focus- knowing they have my wellness in mind.

The atmosphere is breath taking. My friend and I both had facials and pedicures and still have our polish on to show for it. Jennifer and Laura gave us the best pedicures we've ever had and a mud pack was put on our backs during our facials. Surely a royal treatment with are robes and spa apparell. We will be back.

The professional staff was wonderful. I especially enjoyed my therapeutic massage with Laura. She listened to my concerns and anticipated my needs. Also enjoyed visiting with Jenifer during my bikini wax. She really is a waxing queen. The environment of the salon is very calm and relaxing. A wonderful way to spend the afternoon!

The customer service is excellent and I always felt as if I was the only one in the salon. I had a fabulous pedicure from Laura. She was friendly and courteous. She also does the best French pedicure in town! I also appreciated the personal and professional attention while getting a bikini wax done. I will be back!
