I have never been to a salon or spa where the whole staff was as kind as this staff. Everyone seemed to love working there.I had a such a great time there. I can't wait to go back.

Awful color and cut! My hair is ruined!!!! Customers are payed to vote for them as top colorists. Very unethical

I understand that you may be upset with your service, but to claim that we pay clients to vote for us is a false statement. Our clients are also proud of us and like to share that with others. I went around Christmas time and just loved it. From the second you walk in you are greeted with friendly faces and people that are there to help! Not only was the facial awesome i loved Georgia i felt like we had been friends forever... i cant wait to go back i just need to find the time...... i would recommend this salon to all my firends...

I loved this salon and spa the second I was greeted at the door by the Salon Coordinator, Biff. My facial with Georgia made my week. I left not only looking a bit younger, but she also set me up on a daily skincare routine that to this day is giving me excellent results. I can't wait til my next appointment.

I just had my first Brazilian wax appointment with Balance's Spa Director Kristen Stone and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Kristen has a bubbly personality that immediately made me feel at ease. She has a first-rate waxing technique that is expert and efficient. She even gave me at-home tips to prepare for my next waxing session. Now I'm ready to hit the beach in my swimsuit!
